If you want it to be the same amount of calories as her recipe, just swap out the oats and add extra puffed wheat and rice. That way it's completely clean AND guilt-free. Score!

In a lot of her cooking she uses completely processed shit which is not healthy at all and as for the muffin and donut, I don't like that she calls the donut healthier. The amount of fat and calories doesnt make something unhealthy, what makes it unhealthy is the ingredients. The muffin has a lot more nutritional value than the chocolate covered donut.
