A lot of people who are overweight do not make healthy food choices. I think some people need these recipes to lose the weight even if they aren't super healthy or low in sugar. She has lots of healthy recipes as well so let's be fair to her. I'm losing weight and right now that is healthier than being overweight, even if I'm eating a little sugar or carbs.
An occasional treat is different from having a highly processed diet. No extremes here. Healthy choices are best but in reality people do cheat occasionally. Let's be real. No one thinks processed food are ever good for you. Even those people that eat them all the time. We all have choices to make at every meal.
She also forgets, that sugar raises your insulin and that fat is filling. Often there is some sugar in her recipes, what makes you mire hungry than when you eat some olie oil. Her baking sprays are filled with consevatives! I kust dobt think that she is a good example! Sometimes shes right, but really rarely!
