I like the 2nd point- whenever I push myself too much in the name of efficiency I end up messing things up and get burned out faster. Efficiency is definitely important being productive is important but it's not feasible to be efficient 24/7. Sometimes you gotta chill and do things slowly.
Efficiency is not the best thing to focus on, I really used all my time trying to optimize my schedule when I should have focused on better suited things

idk about this channel but if you wanna do maths on your own, go ahead. take textbooks, work through them. would recommend this channel called the math sorcerer
