Thank you so much for sharing your setup with us!!! You’re setup meets the function you require. I play digital accordion and require only module. SD90 is the one I use. Your videos are the best!!!
That's so true. I don't understand why Korg never released the PA1000 in module version, a lot of musicians would buy it for sure. They recently released module versions of some of their new synths, why don't they do the same for their arrangers? crazy.
Very Nice video, Tiho! I can say that, to me, despite being a hobbyist musician, an idea of module sounds appealing as well. I already have one a keyboard, so why bother buying another one? Less money to spend, less space in the room used. So yes, I totally looking forward to see new Ketron Event's Module... Also I like an idea that it can be plugged to any midi keyboard, so it one gets broken you can pretty much buy another one. Hope, Korg and Yamaha will watch your video and listen to you arguments :) Thanks again and have a nice week
And pay $150 for every flight. Waste your money for nothing. In one year you will spend whole keyboard on traveling fees. Plus you will destroy your back. Plus with a Hard Case it will not fit in regular UBER or Taxi. I know that very well.
I love my SD90. The sounds are great. There is a learning curve to it. I still haven't mastered everything it can do. Thanks for your videos. I have learned a lot from them about the SD90.
Hi and thank you very much for your informational videos! In recent years there has been quite some development in software-only arranger systems, such as Giglad. Have you gotten to try any of these out and maybe want to make some recommendation about that? Considering travelling, as you do, having the arranger on a laptop would be great...
I tried but I'm not happy with the idea of an arranger in a laptop. It's not practical for serious work, it's more for a fan. I am a supporter of practical hardware, mobile with enough hardware control and for now Ketron is by far the best and actually the only choice. I would like to see something from Korg in the form of an arranger like the i40M. Software arrangers should have a very powerful MIDI controller, and such a controller does not exist. The most powerful MIDI controller is still the SLMK2 Novation for these needs. Arranger on the computer is not at all a professional and practical thing. It's more of a musician's hobby without serious work requirements. Thanks for the suggestion and kind regards.
You're making me on the edge of buying a Ketron. Question is, do I buy SD-9 or Event! I'm missing the 76 keys with my Roland E-80. I haven't got a choice from where to buy as Ketron are not available in my country. Perhaps I go from Thomann or some where else. But it's risky with all that money. If something happens on guarantee period I'd have to send keyboard back and who's paying for the postage and will it come back in good condition fully working? Thank you for the video you explain well 👍

very nice breakdown of gear! thank you! definitely helped me
Glad to hear it!
Don’t understand why these arranger modules are so rare?you’d think all of them would put these out?

With a Genos or a Pa 4/5 you must have enough to perform , just learn to play and use them right
