Full hd will be expensive and not in this budget but i can recommend you egate k9 Android its not full hd but the picture quality is comparatively amazing. If you can buy aun m18 Projector it can be the best option at the time these are easily repairable also if needed.

Sir projector me jo image reflect mirror (front surface mirror) laga hota hai uska high lumens 4000 wale me alag quality ka hota hai..kya kisi bhi dusre projector ki front surface mirror size 123mm×67mm×2mm karke laga sakte hai..aur ye glass kahan milegi..

Is it normal that dust gets on lcd.. or its faulty?
Its normal for every electronic item even if u notice the dust goes inside our pc, tv, mobile ports that are exposed. So the vents in projector are easily exposed to dust. Its better to keep the body clean every week. When not in use keep it covered.
