I just picked up the 31L in Yuma Tan for some upcoming trips to Spain and Canada. Without the camera cubes these make absolutely zero sense as a day / travel bag to me… that top zipper “section” when you open the back access panel becomes absolutely redundant. I also hate, no let me caps this… HATE the black on black internals. I mean… the guys had 16 million colours to choose from and they picked the one with LEAST visibility for sorting through gear. 😡😡😡😡 All that said… damn if I don’t love the external aesthetics, the size, the flexibility of the expandable roll top, the materials, the side access to the protected camera gear, the Sedona orange pouches (cos you know that bundle got added!) and the comfort factor. So what’s a guy / gal to do other than drop the cash and accept the compromises. Until v3 comes out. Come on Wandrd… you know we’re waiting. 💖
Damn! You're so tiny, you don't even need straps, the shoulder pads could just connect to the bottom of the bag. I'm at the opposite side of the spectrum - almost no strap left to dangle and the lowest position of the sternum strap sits just under my neck, on most backpacks, which makes me not wanna use it...

Fun review, loved it! One thing, there is a hidden pocket for your passport, wallet, etc on the backside covered by the luggage pass through strap.

Ugh that is so annoying. We need to find you the right pack!
Look at Shimoda backpacks, they have more adjustable strap connections and user replaceable straps.
Unfortunately this doesn’t look good at all for edc use.
It's definitely better for photographers and people with a lot of little things for sure, not my kinda edc
