This gives off mysterious super secret boss you didn't know exists until you completed game & started playing around and just so happened to return to the tutorial area & see a strange key-like item that wasn't there before but it looked like something that would go to the room directly before the final boss room-- you get there & before entering the room a hellish portal with many eyes looking from within opens & a giant, gangly arm with gnarled claws on its hand grabs you & drags you in slowly.
