The music in this game are truly breath taking.. finished the game 2,9 times now(i only need to kill four kings and gwyn), with over 100 hours played.. this is my fav game.

This is one of the hardest, and greatest games of 2011.
Skyrim is beyond easy compared to Demons souls, and Dark souls even on the hardest difficulty.
And i couldnt have agreed with you more on that lol. Games can be stressing at times, but in the end you'll end up having fun!

I've played and defeated Dark Souls. I've beaten Skyrim. While Skyrim has a setting for it's difficulty Dark Souls does not. You never hear people complain about getting there asses handed to them in Skyrim. You die in Skyrim maybe once durring a days worth of play. I've lost count of how many times I've died while playing Dark Souls. I'm not one to brag but I am damn good at Dark Souls.The game gets harder every time you beat it. More health for bosses plus they deal significantly more damage.
Darksouls : Extremely unforgiving,unexpected,games I've ever seen.Skyrim : More freedom,less gameplay challenge.
Skyrim: you meet a challenge overcome it with maybe 1 or 2 deaths fells like you have accomplished something.
Dark Souls: you meet a challenge after 10 or 20 deaths either overcome it then think O-shit this is only the first boss, or fail the challenge afterwords enraged at the game you pick up the game station and throw it out the window.
the hardest thing about skyrim is trying to avoid killing the guards when they tell those fu**in arrow to the knee jokes

Both games are quite fun, as I see it.
Dark Souls doesn't allow you to pause, death is everywhere, and dying is no joke. But in the end, you are rewarded well. If that isn't enough and you've maxed your soul level, you can have fun with others online. It's Diablo meets Nintendo.
Skyrim is a vast world with endless quests, random encounters, and interactive NPCs. You may beat the main storyline, but there's so much more to explore and a history to be discovered. It's WoW for the poor man.

Did I forget to mention? Only in Dark Souls can you wield over-sized weapons, wield 2 shields, one-hand (and two-hand) almost everything, and wear armor that makes you look morbidly obese. Smough's armor, anyone?
I've played and beaten Dark Souls and am on NG+ now. Skyrim can be difficult. There isn't one definition to describe the situation in which to use the term "difficult" What is easy for you is difficult for someone else and vice versa. In truth I never really found Dark Souls to be hard.
This seamed like a good vid to say good bye to demon souls even though I didn't play it but they say that when it's on it's easyest diffcalty that it will make u RAGE for days!!!
Yeah, im not a pro mlg lol, im a decent gamer, but dying is what i basically do in games pretty much. But at least i still have fun.
lol, you can't compared the two . but from experience from both games .. dark souls is way harder but can turn into very rewarding. but i love both games.
@AxelXirics They've gone through enough trouble just to make it for Xbox. Sony threatened to sue them if they made "Demon's Souls 2" on Xbox since Sony had the copyrights to do it. Dark souls didn't have a better story-line than demon's souls that's r sure, but there is more content and harder enemy's.
It's not really the fact that Skyrim is hard, Skyrim is just unfair. You level up and your character doesn't get ANY stronger like in the old Elderscrolls. Dark Souls yes is definitely harder, but what I like about it is that it's harder, and more fair. Every NPC in Skyrim kicks your ass and there's nothing you can do about it. -_- If I were to chose the better RPG for 2011 it would be Dark Souls > Skyrim
Yeah, Skyrim you could level easily without a problem what so ever, and yeah this is a reply to your four months old reply so yup xD, and i saw some of the Dark souls gameplay and i really am interested in wanting to play it, yet i know that if i attempt to beat it, ill rage so hard, but it's still worth giving it a shot. Time i start playing some REAL challenging games, rather than games that are easy to beat like Fable, or CoD games.
i used to play dark souls.. then i got Sparta kicked off a building 120 times

Skyrim difficult? Oh please. After making 2 characters to around lvl 40 i found out the best approach to the game. The third new character within about 10 hours became so overpowered i was 1-2 hitting everything in the game on the hardest difficulty, including some "insane difficulty" mods. Skyrim is great, but it is now ruined for me. there is no fun in no challenge.
Dark souls is not hard, its difficult by being challenging. As you adapt and become a better player dark souls also becomes easy
@Everyone I have bought both Dark Souls and SKyrim and I love them. They are very different from one another so they should not really be compared to one another. Instead of sitting here trying to argue that your prefered game is better, why don't you go play it instead? O.o (BTW I beat Gwyn on my 2nd try so im not sure what was so brutal about him.)
