You deserve many more subscribers! These videos are very well thought out and high quality. Thank you for making these videos.
Yes he deserve
Thank you
I agree. His BL Touch for the tevo tornado is excellent and is the reason I subscribed.
This video was very nice to watch. The soundtrack was actually relaxing and the fact that the camera was only pointing at the 3D printer was honestly better than watching the person speaking. Very nice, just add a little more details next time.
Thanks for the extrusion fan tip: setting the speed at 80%, i might consider that or else modifying another 24v fan because i want to print during night time too
Hi !
JGaurora a5 or cr 10 (quality print)
I almost bought this. They showed it on a "Flash Sale" for $199. Of course when you apply the code it adds $85 to the $399. :-) Good ole Gearbest :-)
Really enjoyed your video. A quick question - How would you add auto bed levelling to this printer?
Hi, I was wondering if you could share your printing profiles. Your prints turned up amazing and I can't seem to get prints that look as great as yours!
Cura 4.5 has the A5 in it. Got a Used one today, fully cleaned and redone it and works Fine.
Bed leveling isn't optimal so far with my unit, also the flow is a hair too much, but I've got today a successful print out of it. ^^
Great video! Very informative. Could you tell me what filament is being used to print the bathtub tugboat? It’s sort of a reddish black, and looks absolutely awesome!
Thank you! the reddish filament is the Metallic red from Das Filament, and it's pretty cool stuff. it's one of the options for their Master Spool refills. www.dasfilament.de/filament-refill/pla-1-75-mm/279/pla-filament-1-75-mm-metallic-rot-refill-850-g?c=56 (Not Sponsored)
I have head much about Firmware. What is it and why do you need to download updates? Is it like updating a mobile phone or are these updates generated / suggested by a community of users?
Hello) I'm building ship models and I soon wanted to go to a 3d printer. I choose between A5 and Cr10 On 3d printer I will print large parts of the ship from ABS plastic. What kind of printer will you advise me? Many thanks)
I would get the cr10
@@kalebtrammell I use - JGAuroraa5s for more than a year, I like this printer!
I built with this 3D printer - a large cruise ship model
You can look at my channel)
What is the grey/black filament that you print robot?
It's Filamentum Vertigo Grey. Very awesome filament
Remain Indoors Thanks. I have one more question how do you get these printers from gearbest and do you keep them?
They reached out to me to ask if I would be interested in reviewing a printer after I posted my Tevo Tornado BLTouch video.
The A5 is ok. There is some questionable parts that they use and dealing with JGAurora's support department is a joke. Also if you have to work on the printer it is a royal pain to do so.
Thumbs up on the video and production. Good job!!
I have the A3s and I'm having trouble with my prints sticking to the bed. It starts alright and then it comes off and gets stuck on the extruder. Any suggestions? Thanks
I'd make sure you thoroughly clean the bed with 91% or higher Isopropyl Alcohol between prints, also, make sure you set the bed temperature to about 60 degrees for PLA, 80 for PETG or 100 for ABS. Also, make sure when you level your bed you clean the nozzle first, and make sure all 4 corners of the bed are about a paper's width away from the nozzle, and if the middle of the bed is considerably further than that, I'd raise all 4 corners a tiny bit to try and make it paper width. And last, I'd set my first layer print height to 0.2 mm for any given print. Some types of PETG need a little higher first layer, but most filaments I've used work good with 0.2. If all else fails, try a different filament - some types of filaments are just temperamental.
Good Luck!
@@RemainIndoors Thank you! Your advice is well appreciated. I'm anxious to start printing some large prints.
How long was the delivery from Gearbest?
I've placed a couple orders from them of my own accord and I've never had to wait more than 2-3 weeks for an order that came from China.
I was laughing a few times, when you said you did consider to edit a firmware, i was considering unsoldering or destroying the tiny round speaker on the graphic display board
lol. That thought also came to my mind several times
You got paid with a printer to review it, of course you got paid. Lol!
Do not get this printer. This looks cool but the company’s does not have good customer support. I had a ton of problems with it I only had it for a month and had a total of 12 hours on it. I recently got the enter 3 and it have put over 200 hours on it already. The company wanted to send me another used printer to use as parts.
