Excellent, I have a riddle of mysteries behind that. It is really important tool. Can you tell me if in case f as a function has no common discontinuities shared with an integrand g such that g is a Floor function, can we say that the Riemann-Stieltjes integral of f respect g is well defined (converges)? It is very important and I would thank for more details. I would love to find a clear alpha- and beta Hölder pdf explaining that Hölder continuity?
