    Helpful video. However, I see that this form of creativity is still imposing using thought, rather than allowing, listening, looking, and waiting for meanings to arise.
    In which case - not transformative for anyone, just pretty.

    Thats awesome! Can you do encaustic on a canvas too? Does it work on top of dryed acrylic colour? How hot is the Iron?

    I have taken original type encaustic classes I never heard of this product. It is certainly very interesting.
    After polishing would you frame these behind glass?

    it's not required to fuse with a heat gun when using the iron? I will do my first piece with the iron on board cradle

    Hi Mike, great video! What paper do you use? I've just got myself a small kit with a stylus type tool. Once I've figured it out, want to invest in your iron and plate. I am interested in doing larger pieces on canvas board or other hard surface. What would you recommend? Stay safe.

    Thank you for explaining how to add pigment to encaustic medium. I was given a huge box of pigments as a gift and was a bit intimidated how to begin. Your video certainly gave me confidence that I can do this! I appreciate that you give very clear detailed instructions.

      WEIRD. Couldn't you just use crayons to practice. Wont they melt in a warm climate?
