The great thing about development is that it’s purely financially adjusted our impact is made by the capital structure that is behind it, at least for me and my team are focused primarily to correct communities and where there’s fair trade and travel established the investment has to be done. thank you for your input. Downtown first needs to move the prison somewhere else than prime waterfront real estate. Move the prison, and downtown will flourish
