Finn you are an amazing rider and I'm sure that your time will come. You just need to be patient and you will be able to complete your dreams. You are such an inspiration to all of us and again you are amazing. Keep riding and never stop DH!!!
I enjoy watching your videos, makes me miss riding at Whistler. The last time I rode there was helping teach at a few weeklong camps. I have never felt so beat up after riding for a week up there, speed is necessary, going slow all day long and feeling every bump and jolt just hammers your body so much more. Even how worked my bikes got going so slow and being on the brakes all day long. I felt it might have just been me, but when I was talking with the Jr racer who I hired to help with the camps, he said the same thing. I finally just took the sweeper position behind the line of students, I'd wait for them to disappear down the trail, then I would open it up and catch back up to them, repeating it all the way down the hill. What also blows my mind.. They all want to ride trails they are incapable of landing the transitions. Freight train, A line, Dirt Merchant, then, they ride as slow as you can even imagine, being stuck behind them is total hell. I always thought teaching would be fun to get paid to ride, but it isn't, it makes riding a chore. Some of them were fun to ride with and see their progression, but some of the adults were just using the campo as a way to ride and not be alone for a week at Whistler, they didn't want to learn anything, zero progression from some of them and they were the ones I really didn't like riding with, or wasting my time giving them instruction.
Really enjoyed this Finn. You guys were flipping flying and you could tell from the tone of your voice in the commentary that you were impressed at the pace and loving it! Respect!
Wow, ride the park all week, hit all those! And not once did it feel or look like J-boi’z Steez. Solid edit!!! Thanks again for the pic opportunity Finn. Cheers!!!
Finn, I don't say this lightly, You may have missed your calling....You do an excellent job of commentary while riding DH..only Gee Atherton comes close....Your brother Jack is an awesome rider....Did you teach him?
@@Jack-vh1mh I Believe you and therefore you must be very proud of Finn..... He is obviously proud of you..... Great to have a brother to enjoy life with.
Next video: My brother went to the hospital, cuz he clapped 5 times behind his back. + I whipped so hard, I had to pull my rear wheel back by pulling on it.
It seems like his brother was riding more pinned then finn was. I'm sure finn could lose his brother if he wanted to. I was just thinking about how on the jumps his brother needs more speed to clear them but Finn's technique is better so he can have less speed.
Anyone coming out to Canadian DH Champs this weekend? Make sure to say hi!
Finn Iles wish I was
Yeah me too @weekend adventure
