How to do Fearbreaker - Sojourner of the Ringing Deeps!

You need to start the quest line from Moira in the main city in the Ringing Deeps, this is only available on chars that have done the campagne.
This is also true for some other sojourner storylines in the other zones. Hope this helps you. :)
