Possum and 'Taters (Charles Hunter, 1900)

We wanted to try and record a rag on my Melodigrand 64 key - here's a good old Nashville rag from the early 1900s. As the great Bob Wright once pointed out, the American cities that became known for Country and Rock music were hotbeds for Ragtime music years before that. Nashville is no exception to that, and the early Nashville rags by Charles Hunter, Thomas Brody and others are among some of my favorites to play.
