I really love your content Brandon! I have been watching since the beginning and the quality is great. This video feels like a unwelcome surprise, it still has your amazing quality in editing and story. But it FEELS like its trying to make me think a certain way, you are extremely kind to this person who has groomed, lied about a kid taking their life, threatened and guilt tripped that they would take their own life, abused animals, spread their beliefs about animal abuse and so so much more. I get that its just an interview but listening to it and especially the parts where she speaks feel like something that would be disgusting to her victims to hear. It just feels like you are taking too long to state your beliefs since the vibe of the video makes it feel like you are on her side. I love the work you do to create these documentaries but I cannot watch this video knowing the accusations and actual proven allegations against Sappho. Her voice alone makes me feel an anger deep inside my stomach that people like her who lie repeatedly and don't actually try to change themselves to be better are still walking the streets of this world. People like her/him/them (I don't claim to know Sappho's pronouns, nor do I personally care) should be made, potentially even forced into treatment to make sure they don't go out and harm themselves or others.

Dang, I had to go back and watch Chapter 5 of The Dark Side of VR again to feel the full weight of this one. The person who talked about how calculated and careful Sappho is is so important to keep in the back of your pocket when listening to her in this video. And of course the perspective from Sappho's maybe most well-known victim. I think people would be more understanding of all that if there was any part of this video where he actually discussed the horrendous actions she's done in the past. But he said himself he wasn't going to talk about the past events and just wanted to talk about that damn website. This video feels like a unwelcome surprise, it still has your amazing quality in editing and story. But it FEELS like its trying to make me think a certain way, you are extremely kind to this person who has groomed, lied about a kid taking their life, threatened and guilt tripped that they would take their own life, abused animals, spread their beliefs about animal abuse and so so much more.

I love the work you do to create these documentaries but I cannot watch this video knowing the accusations and actual proven allegations against Sappho. Her voice alone makes me feel an anger deep inside my stomach that people like her who lie repeatedly and don't actually try to change themselves to be better are still walking the streets of this world. People like her/him/them (I don't claim to know Sappho's pronouns, nor do I personally care) should be made, potentially even forced into treatment to make sure they don't go out and harm themselves or others.

Dang, I had to go back and watch Chapter 5 of The Dark Side of VR again to feel the full weight of this one. The person who talked about how calculated and careful Sappho is is so important to keep in the back of your pocket when listening to her in this video. And of course the perspective from Sappho's maybe most well-known victim.
I used to intern for a practice that had patients who were some of the most cruel predators you can imagine and/or who had various paraphilias, and it takes so much to bear that in mind while also holding the weight of their personhood and resisting the urge to disregard it while *also* not downplaying the personhood of the victims of these patients who may not be receiving the support that they need like their victimizers are. From that background, I appreciate how challenging being part of this discussion, editing this video and anticipating the aftermath would have been.

I'm sorry I couldn't really make it to the end of the video due to anger, but I'm not really sure what all this questioning as to the intention of the website is for. Sappho said in this interview that they are a MAP, and were hoping that the website would help those in their community. That seems like a really sugar-coated way of saying that they're a pedo hoping to help other pedos to cover their tracks. I don't understand this whole ordeal of giving someone who has publicly stated their wishes to abuse and assault both children and animals a platform. No matter the circumstances of their past one must know not to harm others. But the scariest thing about all of it is that Sappho seems to genuinely not understand why what they're doing is harmful, which in turn makes them highly dangerous. I think people would be more understanding of all that if there was any part of this video where he actually discussed the horrendous actions she's done in the past. But he said himself he wasn't going to talk about the past events and just wanted to talk about that damn website. Which is very clearly for other creeps like her, it didn't need a forty minute video speculating it's intentions with recordings of Sappho bullshitting in between.
He only interviewed her, he didn't press her on anything serious and essentially did just give her a platform to stand on and preach about how she thinks children and animals can consent. He didn't get the victims side of the story, he didn't interview any of them and he didn't discuss Sappho's crimes at all.
This whole video feels like a downgrade compared to his first. It feels pointless and like it's lacking the thing that made the others so good, actually paying mind to the real victims in the situation.
But instead, this whole video comes off as a Sappho pity party. Even if he is young, he has a platform now. A quite large one, and people like Sappho are *dangerous* , it is his responsibility to think about who he's platforming and the light he's allowing them to be platformed in. That's just a consequence of being a morally decent UA-camr. I'm 21 and I understand that, and I'm not a UA-camr with a large platform.
