If the lawyer for Dr Lungu will not appeal to Commonwealth to appoint neutral Judges from other African states to hear this case. Then let Dr Lungu and UKA Presidents to start preparing a new candidate to replace Dr Lungu, so that we can start selling that person. I see the court being fixed not in favour of Dr Lungu.
They will drag this case towards the end of 2025 then pronounce that Dr Lungu is not illegible. At that time it will be to late for a replacement to be found.
That's why he wanted a dismissal he knows it can go the otherway that's why he is saying its now complicated. Kaunda tried it it failed.
All is possible because like for me I just need change.
My advice to this man is to retire, stay home and continue drinking..

By law its allowed to revisit a case by the same courts. If there people not satisfied with the judgment someone can restart the whole case even after 20 or 30 years. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. We have seen people that have been wrongly convicted when they were young and only to be freed after they many years after the courts overturnes the judgment. Does that mean that since that person was wrongly convicted then we should say its ok since the courts already passed judgment. The answer is no. So same applies to ecl when the courts declared that he could stand again in a general election in 2021. Someone is not satisfied with that judgment hence taking the whole matter back to court. Ours is now to wait and see how the courts will adjudicate over this matter. We leave it to the courts.
You are just causing confusion in the country the fact remains the same he is eligible to stand because the court ruled this case before why revisit no sense
It's legal to ask the court to revisit the case it has already ruled on if seems fit that the court may have omitted or overlooked certain facts or certain constitutional provisions.

He is the only one that can challenge HH
Let him try and be smashed once again. If he was smashed while in power what will stop him being smashed out of power. Those challenges which he is taking advantage of are being looked into. By 2026 they will have been ironed out. HH is working hard to reverse all the harm that Lungu did to Zambia.
