I am also excited for the armor and stuff as I stopped playing after the first few months because the grind for leaderboard was insane and took too much time as I started working, now I have gotten use to work and can play in my free time 😊
I can’t wait for this to come back out I preregistred when this game came out and never got the chance to actually play it because of all the issues. It looks like there has been major changes and updates keep up the great work guys.

Request: 1. Fix camera angle and movement. (locked at enemy makes lots of blond spots and only runs toward target) 2. Parry and other movements. 3. Proper audio like stepping and clash 4. Proper Processing power usage, I can run Genshin at decent setting a see objects 10miles away, but in SAO VS even loading a room with tons of ugly shaders takes ages and lags. 5. The godly ability to jump (only MD had that if I remember correctly) End of line, maybe next time try to make a actual good game (SAO RS and SAO MD was lot better)

Imagine taking 1 year hiatus to literally just draw some armor/accessories 2D images and optimize things in Unity to load the game faster... New locations? New enemies? New gameplay mechanics like parrying? Nah!... Oh, but there will be 2 - TWO, GUYS! - new characters on release! Totally worth a 1 year wait! If the first launch was a flop, then a second one will be even a bigger one. But those people are so out of reality that they still continue (and most probably will continue) to do such crap. Looking forward to the imminent failure of Fractured Daydream in October (active playerbase will die in 1-2 months, lol, and for a 90% multiplayer-oriented game it will be a death sentence) and then of this thing's relaunch in "winter". Firstly they finally killed SAO's gameverse by releasing total *&^% like Last Recollection and now they are continuing to make fun of it's dead body. Utterly pathetic and disgusting.
Hey, well I can agree to some extent for taking the game down for 1 year but they do have quite a number of stuffs that has changed. Firstly which is the optimisation , that has been a major problem in the original SAOVS and seeing it now that it loads the game way faster than before is a good upgrade. And there has been a lot of bug fixes too . Secondly there has been quite a number of updates to SAOVS too, such as the additional of armor features which will most likely make people grind more on the boss to try and get the better rarity and stats, the removal of the skip tickets is definitely a good thing too at least now in terms of competitive in the ranking, most likely the clear time will be the main point in getting higher ranks. the gameplay mechanics is not about the parrying but the new combo feature, previously in the original SAOVS there is a hit count, the higher the hit count the higher the damage , now the hit count becomes the combo too, where the higher the combo the higher the damage, while this may look similar the difference is that this is a combo which means if you didn’t hit on time the combo can be loss not like previously even if you do nothing, the counts still stay. and we all do believe that there will be online multiplayer features. I do see from the new loading screen, the writing appears to still have Battle Royale in it. And the coming soon is also most likely another multiplayer thing too which people has been rumouring it could be a guild function. Not only that they also seem to have added a Friend system too There will be most likely also lots of new accessories coming to SAOVS too. The additional of characters bonding definitely is a super good addition point because look at all the styles from the game console , all SAO characters bonding has a special episode, so if they do follow isn’t that great. And not only they do changes to that there has been changes in the UI too, the home screen has been completely remade, the party screen has also been remade , they also changed the controls, and the additional of full voice scenarios to the storyline is what a lot of people have been wanting including me. The gameplay also have changes , instead of only able to run 30 FPS they are now also testing out 60FPS. While I agree only two new characters joining the new SAOVS may be seem less, but all these are additional, there are definitely still old content, events, stories, gachas that have not been released because they had took the game down to improve it. Thus actually there is a lot of improvements and contents to the new SAOVS. For the Fractured Daydream, it may seem like it will die in 1-2 months since it’s like a multiplayer oriented game, but it’s because of the bosses , the gameplay, the maps that will most likely make people play the game, and is not only like multiplayer ,there is also an completely new story for the first time that is not referencing on anything at all. If you have played the beta test you do know right, is not that bad right. The SAO Last Recollection is a must to be released to end the game verse storyline. And to be honest I could agree with you that SAO Last Recollection there is nothing really much you can do except some no use grinding but hey I do like Dorothy and the storyline of that game is not that bad. They had even at least took the time to look at the social media comments and improves on it. So please do respect the time and effort the developers have put into improving the game.

LR is literally the worst SAO game to date. And it's not just my personal opinion, it had the worst rating on Steam for a long time and now it's finally became Mixed just as AL's rating. It's sales also were disastrous (at least on PC and at least in compare with Alicization Lycoris and, especially, Fatal Bullet) that points us that people had enough with the *&^%show on AL's release and then with it's paid DLCs that released years after and brought only boring running through dozens of floors. Just look how many people play it weekly/monthly or even daily - even AL beats LR in that regard with usually 2x more players in it at one given moment. Even the most die-hard fans of AL on Steam Discussions/in reviews agreed that this part set the new lowest bar for the whole series. So it's nothing more than a quickly made cashgrab with short length and simplified gameplay. And all that was for the 10th anniversary too, what a gift for us, fans! And only for 59,99$! VS is the same. It was - and still is - nothing more than a quickly made cashgrab "for the anniversary". And it's hilarious that even developers/publisher themselves undertstood it's completely sorry state on release and sent it on hiatus. But the main point is - THEY STILL RELEASED IT WHEN THEY DID. They didn't care about players, our experience with the game and so on. "Maybe it will work out somehow?" - that's what they probably hoped for, but it didn't. People dropped the game not because it was laggy or loaded for a minute, but because it was TOO BORING. Hell, even just released Zenless Zone Zero that uses the same gameplay loop and is considered the weakest Hoyoverse's game is a masterpiece compared to VS. And now, after a one year, when NOTHING has really imporved compared to how it was one year before you are for some reason still protecting it. They've added armor - so what? In Memory Defrag, in Unleash Blading and even in Integral Factor it always was on release, just as friendlist. People won't magically start or resume playing it because of that. And new combo system won't save it either, because the core is still rotten (there are only two variants - kill all those mobs or kill this boss, that's all you can do in that game except for rolling a gacha and reading some mediocre story). Finally, about FD. Dude, have you played other SAO games's multiplayer ever? Don't you know how limited multiplayer always was? You are seriously telling me that this time DIMPS will release SO MUCH content on release that it won't get old even in a month? HAHAHA! Even if there will be a good dozen of different maps and bosses it won't change anything. You still will be forced to run through the same maps time and time again and do the same *&^% again and again for some new weapons/accessories and exp points to level up your character - and yeah, I played the closed beta for ~10 hours, so I know what I am talking about. How many people will be ready to do that when there are much better alternatives out there? Exactly. Just like in all previous SAO games people will actively play it for the first months or two, max out their favorite character(s) and get to know all the content - and then they will drop the game, at the very least until next big update (with new maps, bosses, higher level cap and so on). And do you know how much time those small studios need to release a new update like that? A lot. So 99% of the time when the post-release heat will disappear noone will play it, even if we will count players on all platforms because there will be cross-play. And about FD's story - oh boy, new story that is not referencing on anything at all? Really? What about Accel World vs Sword Art Online then? No? Even now, before release, you don't need to be a genius to understand that story in FD is nothing more than a placerholder. Their idea was to create a multiplayer liveservice game (with character passes as main additional income instead of cosmetics) which should attract as many SAO fans as possible. So they went the easiest route - "let's just place all characters from all arcs in one game!". And only after that they've started to think about some kind of story to "glue" everything together. Though it won't matter at all, because this "story" will be even shorter and dull than it was in LR, mark my words (DIMPS just won't have spare people and time/money from the very "generous" Scamco Mustdie to make it good in a multiplayer-oriented game). Finally, about respect. Why should I respect someone who doesn't respect me? They just want me to give them my hard-earned money for a mediocre - or even worse - product and then just *&^% off? Their games never cost AAA price tag, yet they still dared to ask for it + include Super Duper Special Editions with Premium Passes and all other bullcrap for 100$. They treat SAO fans as milking cows, as degenerates who will droll over anything with "SAO" on it and buy it immediately. Yet you protect both them and it. I said it many times for the last couple of years and I will saty it again - it's people like you who made all of this happen. You've shown support (espcially with your money, but mostly but not vocaling obvious frustration about the REAL quality of their products, especially considering it's price) for something that is not deserve it. And now we will get even more half-*&^% games like that with no real innovations, only degradation, and for a full AAA price too. You can be proud of yourself.

In the new Battle screen the awakening gauge is basically disappeared, put it back in a visible way.
Request:
