I've noticed that alot of the small private aircraft ie. Cessnas, Cherokee, Sirrus SR22 etc have little white signs with either VFR or IFR. What's the reason for this please (serious question I'm a die hard aviation enthusiast) thanks
There are too many planes to use radios for taxi instructions, so the pilots use the signs to tell the ground handlers where to send them. Departures use VFR or IFR, while arrivals use signs to indicate where they want to park.
First one was super cute!
Thanks! What a show.
Nice video love the sound of freedom

N3524W @14:55. Is he having strut issues, or is it that nose tire that's almost making it a tail dragger? Pretty plane though!
Sure didn't look normal to me either!!!!
The impressive view of EAA air venture aircraft it's awesome
Looks like everyone was shut down at the 7:10 mark.
These vids are great! After wanting to for years, I’m finally going to AirBenture 2024, and I can’t wait!
👍👍👍
9:09 I haven’t been yet. Why did all of the aircraft shut down on the taxiway
Traffic got so backed up that they weren't moving for a long time. It was a bit of a mess that day
@@AirshowStuffVideos are you guys at Sun N Fun
Nope
@@AirshowStuffVideos that’s unfortunate
Great video! It took us nearly 4 hours to taxi from the north end until we were wheels up. I believe we shut down three times.
We watched runway 27 that day and it was just crazy watching the departures. We never did get to the north side as it was just constant stream, crazy.
All I see is a long row of extremely hot air cooled engines.
