על גלגלים מגישים לכם נסיעה בירושלים בת כשעתיים בקו 99 התיירותי באוטובוס קומותיים היחיד בישראל. בעבר הופעל הקו ע"י חברת אגד באוטובוסים מסוג נאופלן ישנים ששירתו בקווי שירות רגילים והוסבו לשימוש בקו התיירותי, לאחר מכן רכשה אגד אוטובוס חדש מסוג מאן. כיום (2016) הקו אינו פעיל. במהלך הסרט אפשר לראות את הרכבת הקלה פעמים רבות.
בהמשך דברי ההסבר יש רשימה מפורטת של המקומות העיקריים בהם עובר קו 99, הרשימה כוללת הפניה אוטומטית אל מיקומם בסרטון הארוך.

Trip of about two hours in Jerusalem by double-decker bus. This is the only double-decker bus in Israel. In the past, this bus line operated by Egged. Egged used old Neoplan that were work on regular lines and converted two of them to this tourist line. Then, Egged bought a new double-decker bus MAN NL313. Today, the line is operated by Yara-Tours company

+על גלגלים On Wheels Yes, the professional drivers amaze me. Last year I was in Jerusalem for two weeks and my plane arrived early in the morning and took sherut to Jerusalem. Very heavy traffic that time of morning and vehicles constantly shifting back and forth lane to lane including the sherut - the driver was constantly watching his mirrors and I would never want to drive that traffic myself (even if I knew where I was going!) Then on the return also by sherut after dark we were one of the first picked up so the driver was going all over to pick up other passengers mostly through narrow back streets at a brisk speed often barely squeezing through past parked cars. If I get a chance to return to Jerusalem again I think I would like to take that bus tour. I was in Glasgow, Scotland this summer and did a similar tour there and it was very informative.

Good quality picture , the colors are great. I was wondering why there was no talking or tour guide explaining what they were seeing so I looked at description. It would be nice in this video to have boxes come on the screen with arrows pointing and the name of the site. Maybe add a narration. It would have made it real sweet. I made do going back and forth from the list.
