If your zirconia fractures like the one pictured in this video. Then yes it is a complete remake. What they are making in the video is an alternative solution that is stronger than a typical zirconia hybrid

Based on this conversation we can argue that restorations with posterior cantiliever tend to fail even in zirconia due to the mechanical concept "the stronger the material,brittle it Is".for this clinical situation ir would had Been better ( at least in my perspective) to leave it shorter.at the premolar,where the chimney is located.
