Interesting brinjal fry recipe..👍..I'll try it out. For the cluster beans palya instead of plain coconut we pulse/dry grind the coconut with red chilli n mustard n then add..tastes good..a wee bit of tamarind n jaggery also to be added towards the end.

It should be little more watery. In busy days most of them prepare this simple recipe. Inji (ginger) arachu kalakki is also very quick and simple tasty dish. We usually use for nellakka arachu kalakki salted Nellikkai. I usually prepare ginger arachu kalakki, Nellikkai arachukalakki with salted nellikkai and mango arachukalakki with salted mango. Arachu kalakki with pappadam really very tasty. ..yummy.

Mam all recipes are Super yummy tasty homemade with touch of saber powder rasam with lemon juice simply hot source Pumpkin with jaggary tarmarind are superb with hot rice good excellent once again 👍👍👌👌🌹🌹🌹😊.
Enjoyed your full hearty meal 😋....must try that amala knowing for the first time.... I would like to share a lip smacking dessert recipe with you....broken wheat payasam with the secret ingredient.... Ingredients 1. Broken wheat 1 cup 2. Thick coconut milk 2 cups( freshly made) 3. Jaggary 1/2 cup(preferably cleaned organic) 4. Sliced n slightly fried almonds in ghee Method Wash n Soak the broken wheat over night or just half an hour before making the recipe in warm water for soft n fast cooking. Add three cups of water in a open pan along with the soaked broken rice. Boil until the broken wheat is really soft n slightly thick. Reduce the flame add the Jaggary and cook till its completely melted. Next pour in the coconut milk mix well. Add 1/2 cup Condensed milk(optional)by giving a stir. Now into it goes the secret ingredient that's vanilla essence( if you get the natural pods well n good)1 tbsp full n again give it good stir.....cook for a few minutes more; once the vanilla aroma fills the atmosphere, turn of the stove 😇. There the broken wheat payasam is ready to serve topped up with fried almonds ...if served chill or eaten the next day the taste is enhanced even more....hope you try and share this recipe to your viewers....you can make it using the solar or any electrical cooker for better results...😉 🙏

Not really I feel but usually kara kuzhambu onion and garlic is included but vatha kuzhambu can be made without those too
