I have some 10 year old makeup, too. 😂😂 The Lorac Pro palette I've been panning for years and some Tarte blushes 😬😬😬 I probably need to throw those blushes away. Lol
I've got tons of old makeup! I think you are doing the right thing in keeping everything as long as it works☺ With me everything stays as long as it performs as usual and smells ok. That goes for mascara, too - that idea that it collects bacteria after only 3 months is just a way of making us buy more, I feel. I finish my mascaras no matter how long it takes and I have never had a reaction so far. Only mascara that has actually given me problems was a completely new fr Essence where the flakes scratched my cornea 5 months ago and that still hurts👎
Thank you! Of course I Chuck something away if it does not work at all but mostly it works ok. So far flaking has only occurred with two different mascaras. Used up the first as it was so expensive and the second was the one I mentioned above. THAT one ended up in the bin😅
I have the same type of elf highlighter but in a different color and I’m trying to hit pan by the end of the year and whether I do that or not, I will be decluttering it. I miss my ruby woo but it was very much dry.
I love your recreation of her look. OMG I have that same ELF highlighter and I actually think I bought mine a few years before you. 🤦♀ You should feel right at home with me and Paula, we both have some REALLY old stuff. 🤣 My anniversary is also in October.
I went over and watched your friends and then came back because I realized I had forgotten to comment. Girl! Some of those items you should not put on your face, even though you’ve not even opened them😂🤣😂 I have really old items in my collection though too, so I Completely understand. Like a ton of lipsticks that should probably go in the garbage. Lol. Some of these are not so bad like I’ll keep a powder forever but … Also, SPF expires whether you open the door now just saying but you can still use the foundation. Just the SPF isn’t gonna be any good and if you’re wearing a foundation for SPF you’re doing it wrong anyway so there’s that lol I have this on my list to record this weekend as well I saw it’s just steph do this and thought it was such a good idea. Super happy to walk through the oldest products in your collection. Thanks for sharing.
aww thank you for coming back to comment!! Mrs. Ulta over here using expired makeup?! haha just kidding. I am so so guilty. I can't wait to see your version of this! I need to check out itsjuststephs video too. Good to know about the spf on unopened products too - I figured that was the case but didn't know for sure.
MAC lipsticks actually last forever! 😂 I've never had one go bad on me. Good luck on finishing those foundations! You should be able to enjoy your splurge.

I have the Lorac Pro and Pro 2 palettes. I still love them both!
at least you're getting use out of them!
Thank you for collabing with me ☺️ I love you and your content so much!! Your eyeshadow looks beautiful and thank you for all the compliments! ❤
Thank you!! I freaked out a little when you asked to collab, it was an honor hehe
What a fun video! 😀😀😀I personally have prehistoric makeup in my collection 😅
I would love to know what the oldest product in your collection is!
@@stillsteph Maybe you'd be horrified by the answer 😅
We are all guilty for keeping and using old makeup lol. I say it doesn’t stick or break us out, it’s still usable. This was a fun watch. 😊
Exactly 😅 thanks for watching 💕
What a fun collab👍 You certainly look like sisters😊 Super pretty look, too😍
Thank you so much! I never noticed that Kay Lynn and I look similar, but a few people said that.
I had that exact same e.l.f. highlighter! I decluttered it at some point because I like a more intense highlight. 🤩
I love how subtle it is!! haha

I usually get rid of my mascaras if they start drying out on me and flaking on my face! That sounds terrible about your eye, I am so sorry!

10 years! Wow! Amazing it is still doing well.
It still performs the same as the day I got it! At least.. how I remember it.
I have a bunch of Mary Kay eyeshadows that must be 10 to 15 years old. I don't mind, they still work and I enjoy them!
as long as they don't irritate and work well!!
Excellent video, very creative. You really showing me your better side of yourself. :)
Thank you!

Good luck hitting pan!! I have considered decluttering my Ruby Woo, but I feel like I would miss it too.
❤❤❤
thanks for watching, Kim!

I love seeing your and Paula's old stuff because it makes me feel better! haha
My oldest makeup product is a liquid lipstick from 2016 I think. Maybe before then 🫣
oh snap! You need to smell that thing lolol

You guys look like twins!! I just followed her on Insta and YT!
Omg thank you! 🙏🏻 😊
that is so crazy, I never thought we looked similar but other people are saying it too! haha it's such a compliment.

It's so true!! At this rate, I won't be using my splurge until next year. Sad.
@@stillsteph At least it's still unopened so hopefully it's as good as new 😆
