We eat a lot of organs here in Newfoundland, chicken hearts baked with onions and then made with a gravy sooooooo good. Its just tradition here to not waste anything and eat everything. love ur videos just found u n have been binge watching. keep them coming xx

I'm Italian and I love chicken hearts, livers, and gizzards too ! I just don't eat them too often because they are high in bad cholesterol
Chicken hearts, gizzards, and livers are VERY common in the states/USA. They are found in LOTS of restaurants served many different ways. Also, you can buy them in any grocery store for pennies, super cheap. Not unusual/scary at all. There is a Cajun restaurant that serves them Cajun style along with alligator which is a huge favorite of my family. Those tomatoes look really good and flavorful, yum! Peace and light

We eat chicken hearts and gizzards since we were young. I am originally from North Dakota, had a farm only a couple miles from the he Canadian boarder.

When I was younger, I used to eat chicken gizzards with my dad and I loved them. As an adult, I don't eat them but that's just because I haven't had the chance to lol I've never tried chicken hearts. They look so good though! (from NM, USA btw)

We usually make this with a garlic dip...please try it it's amazing with it just put 1 whole head of garlic in the blender with 1 cup of vegetable oil half cup lemon juice 1 tbl of salt and blend yummmmmm this is the Lebanese way 😍
