Just wanted to let you know, my 79-year-old mother and 82 year old dad bought a Blackstone just before winter hit. They have cooked on it a few times and tonight I went up and cooked this recipe for them to help further season their Blackstone, and we all absolutely loved this recipe. Just finished making some of these sandwiches on the new Blackstone. I have to say, I think it might be the best tasting sandwich ever made!! Very cheesy, oniony and beefy and the roll was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the sandwiches and they were pretty easy to make following your lead. Appreciated the integrity of the vessel with the Publix rolls!! Thanks so much for the tips! Best ever!!! YUM!!

The Sams hoagie rolls are the best for cheesesteaks, or whatever you want to call them. I typically use Gary's Easysteaks when making cheesesteaks.
