Cast Members are absolute rock stars! They are SO absolutely critical and crucial to the guest experience! For example, in 2015 my family decided to have a reunion at Disney land. It was also my kids first trip to Disneyland. We were waiting for Fantasmic to start, so I grabbed a few prezels for them to eat. In the process of handing it over to my kids, both pretzels hit the ground. They were bummed and I didnt have a whole lot of money to buy more. Suddenly a cast member came up to us, said she saw what happened and got the kids new ones! Their faces lite up and were absolutely touched by her kindness. I wish I knew her name and could thank her again, she 100% made their night and day! Cash members are magically awesome!!

Thank you Disneyland Cast Members for spreading happiness and joy to all that visit the parks. During our tines there, we met so many wonderful Cast Members who would make our days more magical. From sharing some Disneyland secrets or even having a dance party with us to prepare for a parade, they treat us like family and are so grateful for them. . EVERYONE Is SO AMAZING.When we lived in California we went A lot. And the cast members remebered us. If I took one of my kids a Cast Member would ask where the rest of the family was or your missing someone.We hadnt been there in years since we moved to Missouri but in December of 2015 we went. (our last visit was in 2010.) we were standing by the Haunted Mansion and the cast member ,who I remembered, said HI Your missing someone. I smiled and we talked for a few minutes. It made me feel really good that she remembered us.Since Disneyland was my Moms favorite place. We shared the Love of Disneyland. It made me Happy because that visit was suppose to be. A Family trip. My Mom my kids and me. My Mom past away that September. And we were planning the trip before she past. So we went anyway to Celebrate her. But when the cast membered remembered her. It maybe sappy but It made my heart feel so Good. I Will Love Disneyland and All the cast members Forever.Thank you ALL for all the Amazing visits home.
