Are you making your crustless quiche!!?! I hope so!!!! Your vegetable line-up looks great, the bok choy will substitute nicely for bean sprouts, and the carrots will add a bit of sweetness, and also great color. Regarding the sausages…. I’d be tempted to use 3 varieties in one batch, 3 varieties in another batch, and one batch with no sausage - do you have enough eggs & freezer space for 3 batches? 😅 Can’t wait for episode two. Also looking forward to the Canadian bacon video. Great job.
Hi Adrienne 🙂I will be making the crustless quiche, yes. I've tried all of the varieties and only like 3 flavours for a quiche. That is a good idea to do a batch without meat, as that is what I am used to. I have the freezer space because I've been eating all the meals that were premade in there all spring, summer and fall and it was pretty empty, lol, aside from frozen tomatoes. Thanks so much 💕and I'm looking forward to making Peameal Bacon.
BIG batches are so convenient my Friend….Mrs. Betty and I do the same…if you are going to gear-up and get ready to prepare and cook a meal, you might as well do enough for several meals!
That is exactly how I think as well. Stock up the freezer with healthy premade meals and you never know when the convenience of that will come in handy 🙂It sure comes in handy for my during the spring/summer and fall months when I'm busy in the garden.
Lovely ingredients, Krista. Dan and I made a sausage video recently and I just need to edit it. I buy natural hog skin and pork loin or shoulder and we make the sausagemeat according to whatever herbs and spices and other ingredients I fancy experimenting with!
