On their podcast his wife Anissa says she was put in charge of the accounting for Creator Clash 2…having a previous podcast episode where she went on and on about being bad at math.
That was so sad, because she cared so little for his relationships and he went along with it. Like the only way that could be even slightly understandable is if she was working on a really intricate full body tattoo by one artist who could only fill appointments made well advance and is in high demand, even then why would that stop him going? But no, not even that, the tattoos they both have are a random hodgepodge without even a cohesive theme.
@@Tuberuser187 honestly can't say I even agree with that. You can book in another appointment a few months away, you can't book in your best friends wedding again
Joji did an Australian/NZ tour at the time of Max's wedding and made sure that he was there. It amazes me that one friend, in the middle of an overseas tour makes time for the wedding, yet the other cant go because of his missus tattoo appointment. While writing this comment I had a thought, maybe Joji made the Aus/NZ tour to revolve around Max's wedding so he could do something he loves while getting to see the people he loves. One way or the other it speaks about how much of a legend Joji is. Edit: Sorry Joji was on a semi world tour.
people think iDubbz sucks because he's not an edge lord anymore. iDubbz sucks now because he's just... not anything. his new persona is so fake and has nothing interesting. other creators have changed their online personalities and been fine. Ian just doesn't do anything worth watching
I have grown up watching Pewdiepie. And he has changed quite a lot over the years. He have had many different phases. I mean once he was a bit of an edgelord and now he's a wholesome father. But it all happened naturally. And he never renounced the fanbase he cultivated. This is where it's different from someone like idubbz. Idubbz changed relatively abruptly. It wasn't natural at all. And with it, he chose to essentially renounce his entire fanbase.
@@Whitedudeabove that's a great comparison. @Matic221 I've watched Idubbbz for quite a few years and watched the Anthony Padilla video, so I was there for the downfall of his channel. So I would say that I have the ability to make an informed comment on the situation lol
One key thing missing here that really just shows Sam Hyde was in the right about Anissa being manipulative over iDubbz, was the fact that iDubbz didnt attend MaxMoeFoe's wedding because his girlfriend/wife was getting a tattoo, while Joji literally rescheduled a whole tour just to attend MaxMoeFoe's wedding. This really shows that Anissa destroyed everything that iDubbz was known for.

@skengasaurus no no no he's not saying that it's a bad thing to change! He's saying that ian went from a fun edgy youtuber people enjoyed to a hollow shell of his former self with no inherent value for the internet and instead sold his soul for absolute garbage. He's a joke now, just not the good kind
What you did not include (and is a reason Anisa's OF announcement was viewed so negatively): Anisa was active on Twitch as a "booby streamer" in the mid 2010s. She then announced she wanted to stop being a thot and make more dignified content instead, just to turn up on OF a couple years later when nobody had any interest in her anymore. So her 180 added fuel to the fire.
There's actually a lot of information relating to Anisa which warrants its own full video - from the Tana Mongeou to the lead up to the OF and her constant attacks on other women. The video will eventually come.
It's still none of their business though. Being so angry about an announcement of a person that you don't even personally know is so pathetic and childish.

In the 'Addressing the Froggy Fresh Drama' video, Ian tried to spin it that he clearly told Froggy Fresh not to work with Sam, but if you pause the video and read the DMs just after the 7-minute mark. She gives me Turd vibes as a manipulative bitch tbh.
That was so sad, because she cared so little for his relationships and he went along with it. Like the only way that could be even slightly understandable is if she was working on a really intricate full body tattoo by one artist who could only fill appointments made well advance and is in high demand, even then why would that stop him going? While writing this comment I had a thought, maybe Joji made the Aus/NZ tour to revolve around Max's wedding so he could do something he loves while getting to see the people he loves. One way or the other it speaks about how much of a legend Joji is.

people think iDubbz sucks because he's not an edge lord anymore. iDubbz sucks now because he's just... not anything. his new persona is so fake and has nothing interesting. other creators have changed their online personalities and been fine.

@@Whitedudeabove that's a great comparison. iDubbbz apologizing for content cop and saying that he "made cruel, hurtful content" is like Batman apologizing for beating up a murderer and putting them in jail.
What even was the beef with content cop? It was good if you ask me. Sure, the whole thing he did with Tana was kinda edgy and dumb, but the main appeal to me was giving some of these cringy UA-camrs who fancied themselves celebrities a reality check.
@@traviscondren834 Apparently he thinks he went about it in a cruel way. Maybe he did bully some of them, but the people he "bullied," were people who bully others 100x more than Ian did them, or has probably ever bullied anyone. I don't personally think he went too far with anyone, even Tana. Her whole career was built on bs.
If you want my 2 cents, it's probably a form of guilt, but it's like dysmorphia. I've experienced it myself, with my ex who broke my heart and did me dirty. She messaged me out of the blue one day, and I had to basically "tell her off," which was just telling her how I felt on a real level, and didn't get disrespectful. But later, I felt guilty about it because I perceived that I was "mean," to her since the feelings I shared weren't positive. I felt that way for a while, until I recently read back over it and realized it actually wasn't that bad, and I was justified in everything I said. I think Ian is experiencing something similar with his content cop series.
Batman is a right wing pro machine shill.
@traviscondren834 Not only that, but Idubbbz apologising to Tana meant nothing, since she already accepted that the criticisms were warranted. She's an example of someone that grew from that experience.
Another one that made a heap of money and then pulled up the ladder so that nobody else can do it the same way..

And he had the EASIEST defense against sam hyde. He chose to be mad and say "hes just racist and mean, thats why he hates me, a white guy who says the n word like its life support"
All he had to say was "i didn't release the documentary because me and sam agreed to make a serious video about his life and what he thinks, instead he lied to me and decided to make up everyrhing and treat it as a joke. It's disappointing to see the downfall of a creator as influential as iDubbbz, especially due to the disconnect with his fan base. As a content creator, it's crucial to evolve but keeping a finger on the pulse of your loyal viewership is equally important. I admire idubz's introspective approach, and I hope he finds a balance that re-engages his audience.

@honieebean Rekieta has a slew of lot more problems than audience capture lol. Namely drugs and some other no-no topics youtube won't let me say
I mean what if your loyal viewership are literally basement dwelling incels? That was his problem; he had fostered an audience who weren’t laughing at things ironically like idubbz. A large portion of his audience genuinely hated women, gay people and people of colour, and when idubbz was doing edgy humour but actually being serious, they were doing ‘edgy humour’ meaning actually conveying their views through the medium of jokes.
