I agree with you on raising my children myself. That wasn't the plan. I had ambitions and goals in my career but as soon as I had a child, she became my priority. And then I had another one. Husband provides for everything, no reason to complain etc. My youngest is almost 20 now. I got married in my early 20s. They give me "reviews" now on my parenting and appreciate what I did for them. BUT, for my daughter, I always tell her to keep a job. It's not about the income. It's about having something for herself outside family and children. I have mom friends too and our kids are the same age. We have the same sentiments. It's not regrets. It's more about when the kids have grown, you have no one to fuss over. And this is also when we are feeling that we achieved nothing for ourselves. We lived our lives around our children. I have a medical degree and license but I won't be able to get a job now after not working for 20yrs. So now I just keep taking up hobbies to fight boredom. This comment is too long now. 😂

I'm traditional as well, I'm Mexican (living in Mexico) and I love that you are not woke, I think like you in everything, specially regarding the kids.
When i was dating my now husband we had this conversation about kids (everyone should have this conversations while dating) and for me is so silly to work in order to be able to pay for someone taking care of your children, we don't have kids now and both work and we are starting a business of our own to be able to support our children and spent time with them when we have them❤

I am born and raised in America and your English is perfect. I never have problems understanding foreigners in the U.S. I think people who don't understand are purposely making a negative situation. And your accent is nice, unlike some Americans who sound like they're chewing food while speaking.

Wow this is so refreshing to here a woman in the beauty industry to voice your opinion on traditionalism and putting your child first. I completely agree with everything you said and it just baffles me when people view a child as a nuisance. I became pregnant at 18 with my first daughter which was unplanned but I feel like us woman have natural instinct when it comes to children. Kids are the best gift that God gives us. It’s not a bad thing to stay home to raise your child and I feel this is the best investment you can make. Money comes and goes but time does not. I am now 25 with 2 daughters and still with my high school sweet heart. Relationships take work and should always be priority when a child is involved and your kids can be your best motivation and number one bearer of joy. I truly wouldn’t be where I am now without my daughters and they really do fill your life with purpose, life shouldn’t just be about ourselves but how we can impact others especially our children 😊 Anyways I truly appreciate your honesty and look forward to your videos! ❤
Thank you for this comment. Personally the « I want kids but I don’t want to be a stay at home mom » makes you a bad parent. Also, no one forces anyone to have children. It is not a « life path obligation ». Children who are not raised by their parents are strangers.

Here in Sweden the public schools are in shambles. Our kids will go to private schools. I’m so thankful for my Russian husband and his traditional values. ❤

I'm quite 'woke' but l get some things you say. I'm still a student of chemistry - scientific/researching branch (idk how to say it in english) so my career will probably be important to me, my bf is physics student ,a branch to become a teacher so he will probably have much more time to take care for the kids. Man carrying more for the kids is totally ok with me, still l would think twice before having children considering how much l could be involved having my career.

No it is not wild I work too as a matter of fact but because I want, while my daughter is at school. I would have never had a child with a men who could not look after his family. So it is a choice, and again it is not normal to have kids knowing you are going to have to work but not have any money (with both parents working to take a nanny / nursery)
