Important note: I realize not everyone reads my blog posts and I noticed after I posted the video that in my normal GE gas oven in my kitchen the brownies took 24 minutes! That is a lot longer than the 17/18 minutes in the American gas range in my bakery. And electric ovens sometimes take longer to bake so in the blog I put 17-26 minutes. News on the lilys peanut butter chips! Makes a delicious ganache but just like the lily's white chocolate you need an extra ounce for every two ounce batch. So two ounces of heated cream, three ounces of lily's peanut butter chips, whisk and enjoy! I poured it on some brownie scrap!
I love your Keto recipes. Thank you! I’ll try to sell the “heart brownies” for St. Valentine Day to all of my diabetic customers. I’m from Puerto Rico, a beautiful island in the Caribbean. God bless you 🙏❤️
Yay more tips for a recipe I make all the time! Sadly I'm too lazy to do cool shit for Valentine's this year but I'm excited to have more deets on brownies and I'm still planning on making those tuxedos strawberries next year. Excellent expert advice!

I will try to make these for my mom and her hubby for valentines day because they have a rough time because her hubby got 2 types of cancer, thank you, Alycia ❤!! Rainy greetings from Germany, Ela 🤗
These are beautiful. The red one was my favourite, until the shimmery pink ones came along. lol. Best of all, my Valentines treat/dessert for my husband is now DECIDED! Whew. Been over 30yrs, so a new idea is a precious find. So excited to make these. Oh, and I so rarely use coconut flour, because of the number of times I’ve gotten a dry result. But… Why didn’t I just retry with more butter, etc? For mug cakes I used to (haven’t made in a while) stir the coconut flour into my melted butter and let that sit a bit. Anyway, I’m really glad you’ve inspired me to bring that ingredient back. 😋🥥🥳 And thank you again for your creativity and expertise!
Boy I'm glad you have the recipe because you were confusing me😮 I do appreciate what you are doing, keto is a crazy science. I hate to buy these expensive ingredients and then it taste awful and I don't always trust reviews. I wish I was as confident as you when it comes to baking. I new to your channel, so do you have a business selling keto desserts?
Yeah videos can be confusing because so many people ask so many substitutions for things so I try to answer them all in the video. No one ever goes to read the blog post where I mention all the alternatives. Welcome to the channel, I hope you enjoy everything you try. I do have a gluten free/Keto bakery I opened in 2022. Now I'm out of my home in a seperate kitchen we built.
Yum! I have a gluten-free (but not keto) oreo recipie...the inside is basically butter lightly sweetened....but the salty chocolate outside to make it keto....hmmm
These are beautiful and look delicious. I want to make these but i only have vanilla protein powder. I wonder if that would work?? And my protein powder is already sweet with stevia so i wonder if it would make the brownies to sweet with the added sweeteners to the recipe
Yes I use chocolate whey protein powder which has sweetener in it. I would just minus a little protein and add a bit of cocoa to make it more chocolate then leave out the vanilla extract. Or you can just do the recipe as is with vanilla whey protein I'm sure it will still taste good.
I am a clerk in a bakery and we always have leftover ganache. My co-worker says that I can take it home and use it. I use a little of it (dunking “cookies” in it) and then I forget I have it in a container. Question - can I reheat it somehow and melt it a bit and re-use it?? I’ve got some to use up and I don’t want to throw it out. Yes, it is made with chocolate that has sugar in it but I want to make homemade treats for hubby and he is not sugar-free like I am (or low sugar).
True, I just kind of despise cake pops, lol. I just put my extra frosting on them, warmed them and ate them, much easier, lol. I've been meaning to do a cake pop video, I ended up eating my scrap cake in the freezer cause it had been so long and I hadn't gotten around to it, lol.
I've tried it in some recipes but ones that are predominantly whey as the flour may not work. I know that my danish and cupcakes don't work with a 1:1. I've been replacing the whey with beef protein and upping the coconut and it's been working with the right ratio. My vanilla cupcake and newer carrot cake smash cake recipe I made dairy free versions.
I told my thoughts on the choczero peanut butter chips in my ganache/truffle video. ua-cam.com/video/nY2L72Y8Ghk/v-deo.html But in general they just aren't my fav.
Yes most of them do. I have a nut allergy in my family so I can't do almond flour so I've built my recipes around whey protein isolate (lactose free) and coconut flour. I have a dairy free vanilla cake recipe and a dairy free carrot cake recipe.

I appreciate how much you tell us to be successful. You try to think of everything.
Yes! Wonderful advise!

Looks really good. Thanks
Thanks! You're welcome!
Can’t wait to try this one! I may try to do peanut butter ganache or white chocolate ganache
Just posted a comment about the peanut butter lily's chips making a delicious ganache! Hope you enjoy!
Can't wait to try this out, remembering to leave the butter to soften is my downfall! 😂
delish
The thumbnail is so cute!!
Aww thank you!❤
Yum!!
Very nice! I started using cookie cutouts of bars when I got frustrated with trying to roll out cookie dough. Love your hair! Happy Valentines Day ❤
Nice! Thanks, happy Valentine's day to you too!
Thank you!
Just made delicious ty
My pleasure 😊
Love you recipe.❤ Thanks you aren't using almond flour, cause it gets me stomach troubles.
I use now coconut flour.
You're welcome! None of my recipes in the last 3 years have almond flour. Over 150 recipes!
Yum! I have a gluten-free (but not keto) oreo recipie...the inside is basically butter lightly sweetened....but the salty chocolate outside to make it keto....hmmm
I have a keto oreo and buttercream is basically the inside as well.
These are beautiful and look delicious. I want to make these but i only have vanilla protein powder. I wonder if that would work?? And my protein powder is already sweet with stevia so i wonder if it would make the brownies to sweet with the added sweeteners to the recipe

Yep, do it all the time. It may seize up but if you watched my Ganache video, you know you can fix it and still use it!
All those leftover scraps can be rolled up into balls for cake pops.

Can you substitute Egg white protein powder if you are dairy free?
I've tried it in some recipes but ones that are predominantly whey as the flour may not work. I know that my danish and cupcakes don't work with a 1:1. Do you use the regular or beef Isolate?

Why can’t you use the ChocZero peanut butter chips?
I told my thoughts on the choczero peanut butter chips in my ganache/truffle video. ua-cam.com/video/nY2L72Y8Ghk/v-deo.html But in general they just aren't my fav.
Ok. Thanks Alicia 😊

I would love to make your recipes. However, I can’t do dairy. And your recipes seem to use whey protein powder. 😢😢
Yes most of them do. I have a nut allergy in my family so I can't do almond flour so I've built my recipes around whey protein isolate (lactose free) and coconut flour. I have a dairy free vanilla cake recipe and a dairy free carrot cake recipe.
