I have over a million silver right now, I don’t need the 6,000 silver I would get from converting my 600,000 stored exp for the US. And a 25k cap is way too low, why is there a cap at all? I think this is the main thing a lot of people are mad about, at least on Reddit.

It's about time it's getting buffed. Getting on average 80+ kills per game only to get around 1k-2k silver is horrendous, but new & casual/regular players need it the most for every faction.

People have already made the maths of the "buffed Silver economy" and it's like a 5% increase (3-9%, depending on how much do you dominate the game). Even for the top players this is a bad joke.

New players will just see the months it would take just to grind 1 faction and quit. Not everyone is able to get in the top 3 players of the game consistently and do well consistently too.
ive played enlisted since 2021 as a free to play player. I have hundreds of hours in the game AND I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN TIER 5 KIT AS MY MAIN FACTION. After realizing this and seeing the INSANE amount of xp required to even get 1 thing researched is actually absurd. I even top scoreboards and it still takes WAY too long to get ANYTHING. I love the game and I think the gameplay is really fun but I have quit playing because I dont want to have to grind like 10 hours or even more to get A SINGLE GUN that I HAVE TO BUY 9 OR MORE TIMES. I come from warthunder and at least with that game you only have to buy the tank once and you get a whole tank, not a single gun for a single soldier. the free to play experience is the most horrible thing ive ever had to deal with in any game ever, and its sad how such a good game can be ruined by something like this. I hope this will get better and I can get back to playing the game in the future.
Bruh..just buy premium pass..your XP goes from x2 to x100..your grinding a grinder. Lol my wife realized this for me like 3 years ago..my premium account just ran out a month ago..the grind is WAY longer/harder without premium. I was lucky enough to do my grinding while you could still pick your campaign which helped for sure..but still, trust me, save up the money & just buy a year..best value & worth it because you will gain like 4 slots for squads, WAY better XP per match & other bonuses.

It's really funny that they simultaneously suck off top-tier players while destroying any good will they have with them. The Silver Changes proposed really just felt like a case of "the rich get richer", it doesn't help anyone that desperately needs silver and just topped off anyone who was already wealthy and preforming well in the game. So the changes amount to almost nothing, whereas what needs to happen is just a straight overhaul of shop prices to reduce cost (why are BR3 items the same price as BR5?) or a big buff to make up for those high prices. As for the conversion who cares how much money the max players get, they've maxed so giving them pennies or millions is the same either way, just give them a lot of it because in the end it doesnt matter and it makes them feel good. I will say yeah the devs were near-sighted for letting players stack EXP in the first place, but 25k is a joke of a cap and it needs to be like a 100k+ cap. I think this is also a great time to bring up the conversation of Battle Hero, as it stands there's often a top player with 7-12 medals but the bonus EXP caps at like 5 medals. This is another case of "the rich get richer", I have my 12 fucking medals but the guys below me that helped prop me up get much less for doing just as well and I'm forced to live with the shame of stolen valor. There needs to be a cap so one person can only get the max amount of medals needed for the EXP bonus, and distribute the excess medals to whoever got 2nd place(or 3rd etc if they hit medal cap too) in that category. While it is exciting and encouraging to see that I am a sweatlord, and all shall kneel... I mean, uh. While it is exciting to get so many medals I'm tired of stealing my friend's EXP. My friend is often top 5 with me and I'm CONSTANTLY stealing his medals despite him doing amazing at the game and supporting me. He'll get like, a medal, and I'm sitting on my 12 but he's a top performer and deserves better. #JusticeForBuddy If they wanna give the top player a ton of useless medals they can keep the visuals for them having a bunch but make the excess medals not count and give medals with a 2nd place icon in like the corner of it to the runner-ups. Or have the excess medals faded to represent that the top player got them but they weren't included in calculations. For the Join Any bonus I think it is AMAZING that they included EXP, but as others have said 20% doesn't amount to much when it's likely going to be a loss for joining an underperforming faction. As for myself I can't see myself Joining Any, while an exp bonus is welcome I have clear likes and dislikes when it comes to factions. I simply don't want to play Japan, I rarely want to play them and I'm BR1 with them. For this game you have to pick a faction and stick with them or you'll just be equally low with every army.
The biggest issue in my mind is the New Player and F2P experience when it comes to the economy. There are very valid complaints on steam already saying (Without exaggeration) its taking them 10+ games to buy and upgrade a single gun for a single soldier because of silver. When you look at that from a new player's perspective your progress seems meaningless.
Why are they upgrading their guns? That is a late game mechanic with marginal returns. The average player isn't accurate enough for it to make a difference.

They need to increase silver gain by 2.5-3x, I'm tired of being broke constantly even with a premium account. And don't force me to convert my XP for pennies that won't let me crew entire squads of 9 with t20. And I have over a dozen vehicles to buy and upgrade that's over 600k silver...
Hi Quadro (and major McDonald's), I'm recently new tot enlisted (Got quite some hours in WT though). I really like the game, and playing different factions to get different maps and different enemies is great! Bit here's my problem, with the current Silver economy i Can't get past BR II any time soon. Buying different squads and soldiers for them if I upgrade the squadsize, already makes me (Linda) broke. And I do this according to your guidelines, being picky about the weapons i buy. Just playing the different factions and making the necessary upgrades drains the Silver, and yes i'm definitly not a top player, bit try to help the team out every time.
5:55 if the devs don’t want us to instant free exp dump new unit/weapons and grind instead, they can simply do a thing that new units/weapons cannot be free exp dumped for 2 month or whatever and must be manually researched A shame to punish everyone for the situation that a few players are in.
The "join any team" exp and silver increase would by itself be a good start. roll it out and see how the playerbase behave and let darkflow get some data from the flow of players. perhaps that alone will even out some of the gap between the most played and the least played factions.
I think that xp grinding should be a greater priority. Some squads require tens of thousands of xp points for just one level upgrade. So for an average player to max out a single squad can take months.
I agree - the over reaction was insane. The auto xp conversion could have been annoying - but the silver and xp were a buff. Not massive, but a good improvement. One thing I think could be interesting is player nominated battle heroes for rewards - that way people farming air strikes for example may not get them, but the players who you can see made an effort to help the team, could.
To be honest, when you look at the game from a new player's perspective, grinding for hours just to buy a gun, not even including the ammo bags, mines, pistols,... for every single member of a squad, it just seems time-consuming and pointless, especially if you aren't on top of the board. What is outrageous is people thinking that every rifleman needs an ammo pouch and a pistol. If you run out of ammo that often on your bolt guns, you aren't PTFOing hard enough
As a person who has made a few vids on enlisted (my upload scedual is like major mcdonalds i havent uploaded in 4 months) this devblog honestly gives me second thoughts on playing the game. Yes they did take the devblog down but the very idea to think that the devs even considered these changes is uhmmm, not great to put lightly. Also i feel like people in this case are kind of in the right to be over reacting. Not all players are maxed out and giving 1 silver per 100 research points, or capping the rewards multiplier to 5 rewards, doesnt exactly make a good first impression on new players.
I don’t get why if I absolutely carry and destroy the enemy team and get 100+ kills and multiple vehicle kills that I can’t get over 5k silver atleast. The prices for enlisted are still extremely expensive like upgrades and new soldiers are almost 10k sometimes so why can’t I get actually significant amounts of silver when I perform well. I’ve nearly maxed out the German tech tree and have been playing since the old economy and I don’t even have 10k silver in the bank because I like to change perks and have a variety of weapons. The devs could fix this by reducing the prices of the most expensive things (3k silver to remove horizontal recoil is ridiculous) and just make silver easier to get for all players and not just the top performers although the top performers should definitely get a bonus. Maybe make silver gain related to how long a match takes because that will benefit everyone who played.
Definitely a step in the right direction. But still no mention of the BP which gives you extremely low silver compared to what was the case pre-merge. They definitely need to buff these rates especially the excess research points and join any team one. On top of that the 'Silver for Battles' event should be a regular affair each weekend.
Been playing on Xbox since Tunisia came out, I commonly Top Score and carry(mainly because I have team of bots) but I just recently got to tier 5 USA where its even worse teamate wise. I can't explain how painful it was even with premium, I try my hardest and get nothing in return....Super Pershing when????

Do you know how every Japanese tank they have a machine gun at the back of the turret. They should be a button where you can use the machine gun. Because you know how infantry puts like grenades or like TNT charges on your engine. So you can’t drive. It would be cool if they added that. (Plus it would be a cool addition to Japanese tanks) Plus, I think they should add like tankettes like the type 94 (only has a machine gun ) or the type 97 ( has a canon (type 94 cannon 37 mm and a machine gun). (most of the tanks are only for fighting infantry) Also, some Japanese tankettes have trailers at the end of the tanks to hold infantry so I think they should add a squad for that like a mini rally point
I'm surprised there is not that much talk about the weird mini non historical event a few days where enlisted was basically giving out 9k silver for 3 battles because it's at least a stopgap solution to the economy.
That everyone gets a trophy mentality with silver would drive the competition incentive right down the crapper. Nobody would get any better or help out the team.
Giving extra silver to good players is stupid, instead they should give extra silver for tasks that make a player good, like building rallies, supporting teammates or playing the objective without you necessarily having to be the best at that category to get extra silver
Yea, I would personally give the battle hero awards to 300 per medal. Because if one is able to get 5. You can grab a mid tier pistol after a match. Pistols are really underused by newer players due to its costs.
As a long time WoT player, I am very used to conversion mechanics in game. I like that they want to include that here, but it should absolutely be optional. It also needs to be more worthwhile. 1 mil XP for 10k silver is about useless. Thats how many hours of gametime to be able to buy 1 top tier trooper and half of a weapon for him? That said, I do understand them erring on the side of caution with their numbers. You cant flood the game with silver, especially considering that compared to most other games, the XP grind is actually very low and goes fast. It took me less than a month to hit solid BR5 in Germans. I was able to play top tier before I even had enough games to fully understand all the game mechanics. I hope they find the happy medium.
I just noticed soldiers have presets separate to squad presets.......spent 2 hours fixing my lineups for each BR easyanticheat crapped out.....and they didn't save :(
i can understand you i also ignor every change of Silber economy.. i think i do have around 1.3 million and its still rising. i realy dont need much in this game, but i am always under the top 1-3 with 25-60k exp after battle never look at the credits i get for games. i mostly find the 500 or 1000 Cr for a quest just a joke. i wish i could convert my credits in samethink like gold 100.000 CR for 1000 Gold samething like that would make me think about Credits atherwise i just ignor it.
I understand Enlisted is always being updated, however, this is the kind of *stuff* the devs should've already figured out by now. This depresses me, because I'm starting to realise I've invested in a dead game. Great concept, but with complete morons in charge. I got ten days of enlisted and I can consistently get at minimum 3 medals, 5+ if I actually tryhard and reach the 80+kills, I really don't understand why people are thinking this bit in particular is a bad thing. One of the thing I do not get though, is the fact silver gain isn't scaling per tier. I love to be able to just research the whole tree using my stenguns, it's very convinient, but then, it takes me away from the "need" to play higher tiers, as I can pretty much assure I get in the top 3 of my team while abusing tier 1, therefore, getting more rewards than I might get if I'm playing III-V bracket.
true... i simply fully upgrade the faction at tier 2 then i sit here until i unlock all the tier 5 stuff... i completely jump tier 3 and 4 (and 1 if i can) or i will be always broke.. before the +1 -1 tier matchmaking was the logical thing to do (but also now maybe, considering that i m always first in the ladder at tier2 and tier 1 stuff isn t so funny and i never have silver to equip all the squad with all the br stuff)

Do you know how every Japanese tank they have a machine gun at the back of the turret.
They should be a button where you can use the machine gun. Because you know how infantry puts like grenades or like TNT charges on your engine. So you can’t drive. It would be cool if they added that.
(Plus it would be a cool addition to Japanese tanks)
Plus, I think they should add like tankettes like the type 94 (only has a machine gun ) or the type 97 ( has a canon (type 94 cannon 37 mm and a machine gun). (most of the tanks are only for fighting infantry)
Also, some Japanese tankettes have trailers at the end of the tanks to hold infantry so I think they should add a squad for that like a mini rally point
I'm surprised there is not that much talk about the weird mini non historical event a few days where enlisted was basically giving out 9k silver for 3 battles because it's at least a stopgap solution to the economy.
I think it should just be a permanent solution, but just add a silver multiplier for weekends. Double Silver Saturday!
That everyone gets a trophy mentality with silver would drive the competition incentive right down the crapper. Nobody would get any better or help out the team.
I am boycotting enlisted until we are given at least some way to choose which maps and gamemodes we, as players, wish to play on.

Giving extra silver to good players is stupid, instead they should give extra silver for tasks that make a player good, like building rallies, supporting teammates or playing the objective without you necessarily having to be the best at that category to get extra silver
If someone has 500k extra xp that means they're playing the game weather they're maxed or not. If you cap it people will more likely leave.
Yea, I would personally give the battle hero awards to 300 per medal. Because if one is able to get 5. You can grab a mid tier pistol after a match. Pistols are really underused by newer players due to its costs.

More silver payout for early players
As a long time WoT player, I am very used to conversion mechanics in game. I like that they want to include that here, but it should absolutely be optional. It also needs to be more worthwhile. 1 mil XP for 10k silver is about useless. Thats how many hours of gametime to be able to buy 1 top tier trooper and half of a weapon for him? That said, I do understand them erring on the side of caution with their numbers. You cant flood the game with silver, especially considering that compared to most other games, the XP grind is actually very low and goes fast. It took me less than a month to hit solid BR5 in Germans. I was able to play top tier before I even had enough games to fully understand all the game mechanics. I hope they find the happy medium.

I just noticed soldiers have presets separate to squad presets.......spent 2 hours fixing my lineups for each BR easyanticheat crapped out.....and they didn't save :(
i can understand you i also ignor every change of Silber economy.. i think i do have around 1.3 million and its still rising. i realy dont need much in this game, but i am always under the top 1-3 with 25-60k exp after battle never look at the credits i get for games. i mostly find the 500 or 1000 Cr for a quest just a joke. i wish i could convert my credits in samethink like gold 100.000 CR for 1000 Gold samething like that would make me think about Credits atherwise i just ignor it.

I got ten days of enlisted and I can consistently get at minimum 3 medals, 5+ if I actually tryhard and reach the 80+kills, I really don't understand why people are thinking this bit in particular is a bad thing.
One of the thing I do not get though, is the fact silver gain isn't scaling per tier. I love to be able to just research the whole tree using my stenguns, it's very convinient, but then, it takes me away from the "need" to play higher tiers, as I can pretty much assure I get in the top 3 of my team while abusing tier 1, therefore, getting more rewards than I might get if I'm playing III-V bracket.
true... i simply fully upgrade the faction at tier 2 then i sit here until i unlock all the tier 5 stuff... i completely jump tier 3 and 4 (and 1 if i can) or i will be always broke.. before the +1 -1 tier matchmaking was the logical thing to do (but also now maybe, considering that i m always first in the ladder at tier2 and tier 1 stuff isn t so funny and i never have silver to equip all the squad with all the br stuff)
