Glad you enjoyed it! It’s possible that your team isn’t tracking email as a user property. In that case you can use another identifier or work with your engineering team to start tracking email
Great and helpful video! At 0:45 seconds when you begin to create the cohort, your version shows "where". On my end, instead of "where" it says "who" and then you have the option of "did" or "did not". I then selected "email" > First value > email > Is > added in our company domain for the email address > set the date range since the beginning of the year > and then this worked pretty well.
Hi Kirk! Based on your description, what you did is a little bit different from what's in the video, but should still give you good results. I selected the "Email" user property, which is why it said "Where". In your case, you may have had an event called "Email" or an event property (as opposed to user property) called "Email", and you selected that. This is why you then had to select the "First Value" option, because events have many different instances with different property values. Your method should work as long as the selected "Email" property is that of the user who triggered the event, and also their email doesn't change over time. Btw you can tell if what your selecting is a user property or an event property by looking at the icon next to it in the dropdown. The person icon indicates a user property.
Sorry for the lower audio quality on this one! Didn't have my usual recording setup
why arent there text based guides easily available??
Thank you for such a good video.I dont see emai category in the list.

I've learned so much about leaving users from Mixpanel report from this video. Thanks to the creator for their exceptional content! Liked and Subbed!
That’s so great to hear, thanks so much!
