    Fantastic interview, thanks for sharing.
I have had the opportunity of sharing apart of my life with Judy and Family, as her adopted Godson. She is such an adorable person, in and out of the spotlight. Very loving, charming and offers a great deal of help and support to church and local girls home.
Love her endlessly! send her Love and blessings away- she has an open heart!

I was hoping that he would ask her how she became converted to Christianity after years of being a staunch advocate for Rastafarianism. I just finished watching a documentary on women inn rastafari and she was one of the forefront icons for the movement. am sure that's a story worth telling

She founded that Rastafarian wasn't what her spirit was in to.
It was almost like as Bob Marley died and even before his death that her spirit felt uninspired in Rastafarian.
I can relate as God calls YOU to a spiritual sanctity that you fit into spiritually and naturally.

All of them from the wailing days has changed even sister Rita. However Judy is a very down to earth sister and I love her for that. Although perhaps If Bob was around I think they all would have stayed within rastafari. But since he died a lot has changed, and some lost their faith in it and moved on to other beliefs. May the Most high continue to bless ms Judy in her continuance of livity and music. Bless!

@@lyte4240 Pls RESEARCH. Bob Marley CHANGED before he died. He REDEDICATED his life to Jesus Christ and got baptized in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. That means Bob Marley UNDERSTOOD that Haille Selassie was NOT JESUS but a mere man, a worshipper of Jesus Christ who needed a Savior like everyone else.
Bob is in Heaven singing Gospel Reggae, and worshipping the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

I love reggae music, in fact it is my favourite music, but I give respect to sister Judy for accepting the true saviour of the world the king of kings, lord of Lords, conquering lion of the tribe of Judah, the lord Yeshua, not his imperial majesty, emperor haile Selassie I.

    • @dondemarco9092
      @dondemarco9092 9 років тому +1

Emerson Hypolite Actually, Jews called all political leaders the "Lion of Judah", it doesn't imply that one assumes they are a deity. Yeshua was a Nazarene from the line of Joseph, not David. They rejected regal life, and lived humbly. Yeshua never wanted to be worshiped, he wanted people to follow his example. Selassie never wanted to be worshiped, His Majesty wanted the same, as David and Solomon. People are blinded by idol worship to the point that they neglect the message by worshiping the messenger. These men of God were ministers, not deities. Elohim is the one and only God of Israel, and Elohim is Alpha and Omega. This is who Moses, David, Yeshua, and Selassie worshiped.

      still with these religious wars?
Everybody has his fucking opinion, NO MATTERS WHO SAVED WHO
Your point of view is not the point of view of the other human beings on Earth
      There are no facts
      just interpretations, what the fuck!!!

@@dondemarco9092 Jesus IS God. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was GOD. To understand why God had to enter the world as a HUMAN BEING, Yeshua Hamashiach, you would need to study the PROPHECIES.
🔹The Omnipresent power of God allows Him to be in more than one place at a time. A human being - Adam, lost the AUTHORITY man had on earth and it took GOD HIMSELF in a human body, to sacrifice and get it back. May the Lord open your eyes to who He IS.
*Edit:🔹Btw, when anyone bowed down and worshipped Jesus He never rejected their worship
because He was CONFIDENT in being the PHYSICAL REPRESENTATION of God. YOU are 3 parts spirit, soul [mind, will & emotions] & body. God is Father, Son & Holy Spirit.

Point of correct...I was present at the incident that Judy referred to in Zimbabwe. The stadium was full to capacity but people wanted to get into the stadium. The police fired teargas and it filtered into the stadium. No guns were fired...it was just teargas. It was not a life and death situation at all. Bob Marley was invited by the new Zimbabwean government not the "King" as Judy puts it. The Zimbabwean flag was raised after the Union Jack was brought down....not the "South African" flag as stated by Judy. Zimbabwe loves reggae more than any place in Africa because of the Bob and the Wailers.

I don't understand. How can you covert when rastas actually read out of the bible? Don't they honor the Ethiopian form of Christianity? The mansions of rastafari are some of the strictest bible followers around, especially bobo shanti. And selaisse was just a great man with the spirit of the Christ or christos awakened in him. There was no historical Jesus Christ. This is what happens when people live by the literal meaning and not esoteric meaning of their own doctrines. They get confused. They say Bob converted on his deathbed and asked for Jesus Christ, which may have been a result of him not overstanding how he could be dying so young when he had dedicated himself and life to the most high. It's not the length of time your here though, but the impact you had on yourself and others. So it doesn't matter how you go, but how you live.

@@razheer100 Rastafarians WORSHIP Haille Selassie as Jesus Christ manifested AGAIN which is a cry for affirmation to have a Black Jesus.
🔹Selassie himself DENOUNCED that practice and said he HIMSELF worships Jesus Christ as Lord.
🔹READING THE BIBLE and having STRICT RULES does not prove holiness or obedience to God. Jesus died to release us from the CURSE OF THE LAW, He FULFILLED ALL THE REQUIREMENTS which were just an EXTERNAL PROOF people belonged to God. Holy Spirit COULD NOT live inside anyone, just rest upon someone temporarily to accomplish a task.
🔹NOW, Jesus' death on the Cross means Holy Spirit can live INSIDE those who choose to accept His love. Salvation is NOT about meat and drink but RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE & JOY in the Holy Ghost.
🔹Jesus said I give you TWO NEW COMMANDMENTS: Love the Lord with all your heart... Love your neighbor as yourself. This is the SUM of the Law and the prophets.
