So it boils down to money. Secularization is based on replacing religion with retail. Don't give your money to others in need, give your money to others who don't need it (the rich). Buy stuff you don't need, it will fill that void in your soul. We need to rethink secularism where life has no value other than how much money it can make. Very sad. I think Islam has the ability to balance the notions of spending on self and spending on others. If only those who are busy promoting secularism would be able to see the reason we are all here... to worship our creator.

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
You would tread the same path as was trodden by those before you inch by inch and step by step so much so that if they had entered into the hole of the lizard, you would follow them in this also. We said: Allah's Messenger, do you mean Jews and Christians (by your words)" those before you"? He said: Who else (than those two religious groups)?

In western economic parlance EMERGING MARKETS. EDIT: Our scriptures indeed call for people away from lavishness. This is the only prerequisite reason we need to proactively refrain from it with conviction. I don't see the problem with it. Muslims have the choice to engage in these haram lifestyles or not after all. It's not like the government are going to force you to go clubbing or drink alcohol. Even in a secular country, as long as Muslims don't participate in these activities, there's no problem. As a Muslim myself, I think the issue is that some Muslims make religion their entire personality. That's why a lot of Muslim countries are behind in the modern age, everyone is so obsessed with death that they forget about the living world.

The past tense verb Inšaqqa of the triliteral root-pattern Š-Q-Q, Inšaqqa = to be split, be cleft; to split, crack, burst; be split off, separate, segregate, secede, break away, withdraw (with the preposition عَنْ ᶜan).
So, when reading Qur’aan 54:1 {Iqtarabat As-Saaᶜatu wa inšaqqa al-Qamaru} = {The Hour has come near and the Moon has cracked}. The most important part is the subject feminine noun As-Saaᶜatu of the verb Iqtarabat. As-Saaᶜatu = the Hour refers to the Doomsday or the end of World or the Universe, meaning naturally everything in the universe - at a time to come - is falling apart, the Moon cracking or breaking into pieces is part of it. It is clear that those who interpreted the Moon split something that has already taken place which cannot be true, ignored and could’ve compared to the use of the verb Inšaqqa at the Doomsday in other Aayaat for example, Qur’aan 84:1 {Wa iḏaa As-Samaa’u Inšaqqat} = {And then the Sky / the Heaven was split apart} and Qur’aan 69:16 {Wa inšaqqat As-Samaa’u, fa-hiya yawma’iḏin waahiyatun} = {And the Sky / the Heaven has burst, for that day is friable} and the Qurʼaan 55:37 {Fa-iḏaa inšaqqat As-Samaa’u, fa kaanat wardatan ka-dDihaani} = {Then when the Sky / the Heaven was split asunder, thus became rose-tinted like oil}.
All together, they are four Aayaat including the Aayat supposedly of the moon split Qur’aan 54:1, all these four Aayaat make impossible to be interpreted by those who did as they did = their explanatory manner or reading manner was the UNREAL one, simply wrong while their comprehension of the ᶜArabic was not at fault but in what gibberish argumentative mentality they were immersed was at fault as it happens to the humanity at all times in all places in this very Ad-Dunyaa (= the Lower / the Nearer “Life”) or simply Ad-Dunyaa = this world or this universe!

1. Christ said to love your enemies, and even if they smite you on one cheek, to turn your other cheek. Muhammad said to kill your enemies.
2. Jesus teaches that God loves us all. Muhammad teaches God only loves him, his religion, and it’s followers.
3. Simply put, Jesus teaches to follow all of God’s Ten Commandments. Muhammad teaches contradictions to God, that it’s ok to ignore God by breaking certain ones.
4. Jesus manifested all kinds of heavenly miracles, whereas Muhammad never even once manifested ANY miracles.
5. Jesus lived a pure and holy life, and taught us that we should also live a pure and holy life, while the Muhammad lived his life exactly the opposite, a not so holy life.
