The thing with cashew: It is EXTREMELY INTOLERANT to having its roots exposed, so if you have to transplant them like this gal, make sure there is as much soil as possible on the roots or else it could die of shock.

Most important thing during repotting is to keep root moist... And also a very light mix should be used, so that there would not be any root damage
