the video creator was using aloe, which is full of auxins. Auxins can trigger a plant to grow roots. It's commonly used on cuttings, which is mostly done with the new growth of plants. I haven't had much luck with it trying to clone apple trees that the deer/mice damaged.
given that english may not be the speaker's first language, it is possible this variety may have seeds. But propagation by seeds is not ideals as it may not be true to type, but would make for a good prop. We Americans get too much of the GM and chemically treated stuff, particularly in adding chemicals (colchicine, oryzalin, trifluralin) to make plants multihaploidal, which is then cloned like crazy-sometimes in labs.
I am skeptical of the video, and i seen another video like this with a banana. It doesn't strike me as the right part of a plant to use. Others have pointed out that the grape looks rather clean for being two weeks old, and I am not even sure that the leaves on it are grape leaves. They look more like cinquefoil, or casava, habiscus, or a certain "weed". Is it worth trying out? most expensive part might be the aloe (which many people already have) or ordinary retail rooting hormone.

How long does it take to have the grapes.
I can't speak for the method he used. But if you were to buy a grapevine from a nursery, it takes 3 ideal years. Could take longer if you get frost damage, if the grapes didn't grow vigorously enough, or a friendly deer munched on them. I had to start my grapes over again this year because the growth in year 1 as poor, and the deer got the ends anyways.
First year is letting the grapes grow straight up your trellis (usually two post with wire or strong nylon going across). I am not sure at what point, maybe start of year two, you pinch the top of the vine off and it will grow shoots (suckers) out horizontally. you want to keep the the suckers at the top to grow across your trellis. I presume at the start of the third year you pinch the ends of the horizontally, and it will send suckers to the ground which will produce grapes. I am not sure if you are supposed to prune off the suckers in year 4....again, I am restarting year 1.
Now a days it's hard to find seeded grapes
