Let me tell you.. This guy Sanjay, is a really good guy. He is the best guy ever. And his advices are the best advices. The best advices in the history of advices. #MakeEngineeringGreatAgain.
Sanjay.. The problem with the most of the young Indian generation (including myself) is that we are leaning more to be materialistic, we tend to only grasp the salary/benefits other people get compared to us, we never try to see the big picture, what we are capable of. Some of us try to stand out of the crowd and take risks and most of them fail. But there are a handful of people who fail, try again and succeed. They spend n-number of sleepless night trying to figure out the smallest/silliest ever bug and the joy when they finally figure it out is more than whatever money/salary we earn. That's the story most of the engineers need to listen, that's what would motivate them. And videos like these will really help for that one depressed Engineer to come out of his "so-called" depressed life :DThank's Sanjay... I'm 26 myself and to put things into perspective, this video of yours really motivated me to take that extra step no matter what the consequence is...
Why I dislike engineering: - Toxic management/HR - Difference between interviews and actual job - Low salary - High stress - Lack of opportunity - company segregation/lack of teamwork - Lack of innovation - The countless meetings and time wasted
buddy .. here goes my piece of advise.... Life is a lot more meaningful and sweet than learning big data and statistical analyzes. So enjoy every bit of it maximum and welcome daily suspenses with a innocent smile. go one..., world is yours !!!!
You are so great Sanjay. You are the best motivation speaker for illness or little dissatisfied people who are working in IT. Please upload at least one video per week we will be happily watching ..
Wow, thank you so much for this message. I am taking a really hard CS class at a prestigious university at age 25...this video really motivated me to not give up on my dreams!! Thank you!
Wow Sanjay that message went through real deep. I wish you greater success and painting up that bigger picture. Cheers and please keep on doing these snippets. They're really meaningful and oh so powerful. I am happy you've used the media per se to speak out the real stuff. good luck and god bless
Shit I'm actually 25 and I am having all these feeling right now. Crazy thing, how UA-cam can predict where someone is their life right now to this degree
hey sanjay I was going through the same problem and needed a guide just that my domain is data and analytics I am working on it day and night and your video is really helping me to get that I think you should start tech talks and counselling for budding engineers and I think most of the people will relate and follow thanks a lot for the video and it helped me a lot
Sanjay, with due respect , pls do not generalize. I wake up really excited about Java, Web services , ejb etc. I love coding, as a Java Architect, even after 10 years. Will do forever. If you don't like tech, that is ok. but not for everyone.
Thank you so much sanjay love you buddy I am having the same issue & want to talk to you again & also waiting this kind of video from you. Thanks a lot for your inspirational video bye thank you again.

I like his quote. "Today you are the youngest you can be in your whole life."
Today you are also the oldest you have ever been - The pessimistic approach 😭😁
