Hearing held in Marilyn Mosby's appeal as jury instructions, venue order are challenged

Marilyn Mosby’s legal team appealed to a panel of three appellate judges in Virginia Friday, making the case as to why they believe Mosby’s three federal convictions should be overturned.
Making the case in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Mosby’s defense team made several arguments, taking aim at the jury instructions, venue location, and forfeiture decision following Mosby’s two perjury and one mortgage fraud convictions.
