sir I'm a civil engineering student and I'm passionate about designs but sir my designs are not that pleasant. I see so many reference images from google and try but I don't get the result I want so sir pls tell me how can I improve my designing skills.

If you have a reference, you can use guidelines or gridlines. The other basic technique, put graphite pencil or any pencil at the back of your printed paper then trace your reference; like carbon paper. But if you’re doing/making your own design and have no reference, it is normal to struggle. That’s what really hard. Just keep practicing
