      Yeah, I cried a couple times during the interview man I got a little emotional. Hearing his story is so uplifting and motivating… people always can come up with 500 reasons why they can’t do something, or they wouldn’t be good enough for this or that… but Francis is a living success story that I have not heard anything like🙊🙊

    Francis' obviously high intelligence is such an overlooked aspect of his story. He could barely speak English just a few years ago and in such a short time he's able to conduct such a nuanced and insightful interview in what must be (at the very least) his third language. This, plus his indomitable will, does much to explain how he was able to overcome everything from the sand mines to Dana White.

    Thank you Shannon for bringing on this legend!! Great guest! Good insight from both sides! Thank you for not tearing the man down, but being an equal sitting next to him. We UFC fans have a lot of respect for Francis, for his story, his background. And him going against the undisputed heavyweight champ as a first fight is just unheard of… Francis is one of my heros🙏🙏

    There is one thing about Ngannou that most people either don't know or misunderstand. The guy has a very high IQ in Combat Sports and he's a very quick learner! This guy started fighting at a very late stage and look at what he's already doing??! He's the most scary guy we've seen in combat sports recently. He's built like an NFL running back, just look at him with Shannon and Shannon is a very big guy. I don't think Fury wants anything to do with this guy again!

    • @thetraveler9

    • @thetraveler9
      @thetraveler9 Рік тому +1

      @@akin9868 right. The average height of a linebacker is 6'2 and the average weight is 240. Both smaller than what Francis is listed at. Defensive ends average is 6'4 and 273. That's pretty much Francis' numbers. I don't watch NFL that much , I'm more of a college guy, but these guys don't know what they're talking about

    Loving this interview so much. At the 1hr 40min mark, Ngannou talks about his thoughts on marriage, women etc. Extremely insightful. I love the way he doesn’t get caught up in the interviewer’s solacious banter at this moment. My sincere wish for Ngannou is that he remains wise and level headed. I want him to meet the best woman that will compliment him because there are some real leaches out there. It would really sadden me if he was to lose everything he has worked so hard to achieve because of a woman. Like many people acknowledge, this guy is so inspiring, wise and humble. I use the term brother Ngannou as a term of endearment. Good luck on Friday!
