Shannon, how do you get the guest so comfortable to be themselves? Every guest you has gives their honest thoughts on things with no BS, I’ve never seen a channel that can do that. He said it during the interview. He doesn't know enough about the game to analyze it. Gotta give it up to Shannon Sharpe. I went to tune into a specific clip i saw of this interview and ended up watching it all the way through - Easily one of the best sports podcasts I’ve ever seen. Manziel is extremely likeable and has a level of accountability for his actions and mistakes that is commendable. One thing to remember is that as a country - America loves to tear icons down but loves to see them comeback even more. Great interview.

Shoutout to Shannon for giving Johnny the space to say what he had to say and letting this man talk us through his journey. I didn't know anything about anything about Johnny Manziel, but I understood every word that came out of his mouth because I grew up in Texas and football is life. This interview should be required material for anyone in athletics. It's another great interview in the books!
