You speak so well. Celery is my number one juice. Then beet and carrot. I make spinach juice by itself. Those are my go to juices. I cannot live without juice. Norman Walkers books got me into juicing many years ago. I hope your business is s always busy and profitable. Every community needs a store like yours.

With your scraps, like the ends of the celery, do you ever give them to farmers? I don't grow myself but I know that celery can be regrow from the ends.
Yes our pulp goes to a local farm for animal feed :)
