@@zzgeneralsearch1070 The playlist I made called nonduality will probably be valuable for you. I wouldn't watch all the videos on this channel though if that's what you're planning 😂

Has anybody on here had the experience of the body turning into a sort of energy flying from low down up to the chest and out. This happened once while meditating. I was just sat observing thoughts coming and going without interference and then suddenly this feeling started like I was energy flying. I tried to do this again and never could. It's always baffled me to this day but made me realise there is more to life than what science would have us believe. Sorry if this sounds a little bit crazy. I assure you I am same lol.
The feeling was like pure love in the highest extreme. I was only about 10 minutes into the meditation when it started. After a few minutes i was disturbed by my son and it ended.
I point this to the members of this channel as I'm sure David must be sick of replying to everybody even though he often does.

I'm following along and only got halfway bc I get too caught up on your word age, especially the part where you inquire "is there anything not in prescence" which took me out of the direct experience which I just settled into and now I'm back in the mind imagining things

@@AlvynVillanuevaart That's valuable, what you just described. Noticing something about the nature of thought and it's ability to seemingly pull you out of Direct experience. That's the purpose of inquiry (which this "meditation" is filled with 😂). So you've tuned into exactly what the inquiries were pointing to in this video. That's good work!
These meditations specifically aren't meant to be relaxing really. We are pulling into question the most pervasive and powerful illusion that seems to be built into our experience of ourselves and the reality we've been living in since the beginning of memory. So the fact that this inquiry has pulled that up into the forefront of your attention sounds perfect to me.
To take it deeper, what is it that's labeling thought as something problematic, or something that shouldn't be there? Of course, it's only going to be another thought. But the thing behind that that feels like "me". The one doing this, the one reacting to my thought experience. The identity behind it. Is it even here? What you described sounds like a perfect invitation to look ❤️
