Thanks Andy - this run takes me back! In the early 1960's I was stationed at Benson, so got to explore a lot of the nice roads in the region. Ok, it was on my Jawa 250, but it was still fun, as I don't have to travel at warp speed to enjoy motorcycling, though I've owned up to 750's and ridden up to 1800's. Now in my 78th year and still riding - and still on a 250! Stay upright and enjoy the ride. 👍
@@TheMissendenFlyer Living in Western Australia, Andy. Aviation-wise, used to play with a Hawker Hunter in Queensland about 15 years ago, had my own single seat biplane about 10 years ago and got involved with the restoration of a Mk.I Avro Anson at around the same time. All great fun!
Love that Marlow to Henley Road, I used to go from Amersham to Sonning Common, on a Monday stay till Friday then back home, fifty years ago on a Lambretta TV200, Happy days !
Mr Flyer, again your reviews have given me the knowledge I need to make a proper buy decision. I have had the New Monster SP on my radar ever since it was announced. I will be picking up mine on Friday. It will keep my Street Triple RS good company. We live in the best of times when it comes to motorcycles. The engineering and components used today are light years ahead of the bikes that were available back when I first started riding in the seventies. My first Ducati. I cannot wait. Good luck. Keep up the good work.
Having owned both an aircooled S2R1000 Monster and the Testastretta powered S4RS, I can truthfully say, years later, that there isn't a day goes by that I don't have a memory of riding one or both of them, and I miss them like I miss many a beloved, departed pet. Monsters are fun, and have a great ride feeling and the absolute perfect balance of styling. I had the trellis generation bikes, but have ridden many aluminum framed sport bikes since, and understand their superiority. The SP now is the equivalent of the RS with the better brakes , lighter wheels, and those magical Ohlins suspenders! I remember so many of the great old days, commuting in 30+ weather, heavy traffic, and roasting the insides of your thighs, perfectly balanced by a blast up one of our local mountain roads after work. I really miss that...
I used to own S4R and then got the Supersport S, which has the same engine as the Monster SP, same ohlins and brembo bling and I must say, I'm not in love with the engine. I since bought the S4RS and still have the Supersport S and even though the 937cc engine on the Supersport (and the current Monster SP) is very good, the old 998cc on my S4RS feels infinitely more fun. It's about 30% more powerful and responsive in lower revs and the seating position of the old Monsters suits my body type a lot better I feel. I don't mind the new frame, I'm just waiting for them to put a 1200 engine in the Monster, so that it would truly be compatible with the old S4RS power wise
@@MrTipusssagreed my S4RS has 132hp at the wheel and looks miles better than the 939 monster. Also plenty of reviews point out the ohlins on the sp is way too firm for the road. I think they look ugly and are pretty expensive for what you get.
I totally agree with your findings. I had the earlier version (2022) of the SP937 Monster and enjoyed it a lot but traded it on the V2S Multistrada, to use for touring. I always like to have a Ducati in my garage. I tried the Street Fighter V4S before the Multi but preferred the ergonomics of the Multi V2S and as much as I thought the street fighter was a great bike I found that I did not require all that power on New Zealand roads and wanted to keep my drivers licence. I also enjoy my Speed Twin 1200 after I had the seat re-done with a gel insert.

I love the new Monster, the previous trellis framed model wasn't a competitor for the leading middleweight nakeds like the Triumph street triple RS, MT-09 and KTM 890R but the new lighter better handling Monster is now a worthy rival.
I really enjoyed this tour of the countryside and towns. What a beautiful area, perfect for a leisurely ride. The L-twin Desmodronic clatter is addictive, isn’t it? It’s a similar experience to riding an oil head boxer or driving an air cooled 911. The sound stays with you afterward and lures you back out to the garage for more.
Same hair cut as you Andy in the summer I wear a cycling under helmet. Looks a bit like a black T bag cap. Stops the bugs running around on your head and keeps your head cool and sweat soaking into your helmet lining.

I've had the sp for about 2 months now, I agree with your negatives Andy, however I see them firmly as part of the character of the bike.i'm back from a ride out on a yamaha triple today and it was amazingly smooth and fast engine but didn't give me my ducati grin.
My local dealership carried Aprilia bikes for a while. I test rode a 750 Dorsadoro. It was a total blast. This Monster looks like it has a similar vibe.
A bit late with my comment, but... I took delivery of my Monster SP July 2023. I love it. The only complaint is that for me 6' 2", average build, the mirrors are useless. I couldn't see cars close to my rear end as no matter how I adjusted them the majority of the view was of my arms & shoulders. I replaced them with bar end mirrors and it solved the problem. Now checking the weather forecast on a daily basis looking for a day to get back out in sunny Aberdeenshire. This one is a keeper.
Dream bike, so glad I went with Ducati... if I may offer some advice to anyone who owns one of these machines: get it tuned, get the decat and exhaust sorted and you'll have a totally different bike. A severe drawback is how sedated they are when you get them new, but with a little love, these bikes roar and they're absolutely worth it! All the best and forge on!

Hi Andy, Thanks for the video. Like you, I cycle between more sensible machines (Honda, Triumph, BMW) and Ducatis. I went to test a Desert X and came away with a Monster SP. Previously owned a Monster 821 and loved the engine but not so much the suspension. I did consider the new street triple RS (having owned a street in the past), which on paper is probably a better machine with similar brakes and suspension for less money. The Monster 937 sp is more fun more of the time and is really usable on the road. Like all Ducatis it comes with some foibles as you mentioned in your vlog. Seat is firm but my bottom is getting used to it. The seating position is reasonable with a slight lean forward but less than the 821, and allows good front end feel. Range is around 150 miles, so 130 to fill up with hard shoulder avoidance. Quickshifter works but is not really needed unless on upshifts unless you're in a hurry. Downshifts work well and are more fun as you get a burble on the overrun. Finish is excellent with deep paint and lacquered in decals (Stickers are a pet hate of mine). A little too much plastic covering the V twin and some exposed wiring that Ducati should have addressed on such a premium machine. Price is an issue as it is considerably more pounds than the nearest rivals and down on power. Not that it needs more power, but you are certainly paying a premium for Italianness. That said, in a few years, plenty of very sensible people will own the latest Street Trip, or MT09 sp or other rivals but the Monster sp will remain a rare beast and still feel special. Shallow maybe but it's good to feel a bit different even if the choice is not altogether financially sensible. However, this is a bike that gets wheeled out more often and for no other reason than it is light and an absolute joy to ride. I have put more miles on it in 6 months than I did on my previous bike in 2 years (Triumph Thruxton RS). Grin factor is certainly wicked up to a 10. Best of all is the intuitive handling which feels similar to a 250 machine on B roads. It really does go where you want it to at any speed without drama. I can reach corners later and if a little too hot, the brakes and exemplary road holding sort everything out without any scary moments or much thought, leaving me wondering if I could have gone even quicker through the bend. It really is that good. The many electronics have yet to be tested as the brakes, tyres and suspension are truly impressive. Some of the electonic features are a bit pointless such as launch control and track timer. Give me cruise instead for all the average speed sections of our road network. Probably not the best tourer but with a tank bag and tail pack, I am going to give it a go as when you arrive at the destination, this is a machine you want to be on for twisty B roads or mountain switch backs. Not certain if I will want more comfort as time passes but I can happily commute on this machine in milder weather without fuss. Could do with cruise (all bikes at this price should have this now) and heated grips. A keeper for now!
Hello! It's me again (Hipster/Submariner man). Just read your comments. You make some valid points. However, I do believe you need to tone down the 'specialness quotient' somewhat. You are aware that Ducati are owned by Lamborghini, who are in turn owned by Audi, who are in turn owned by, none other than, Volkswagen? This is the last time I will communicate with you. I do sincerely wish you well on this bike and hope you continue to feel 'special' on your VAG motorcycle. Bye.
Hi Mark, Apologies if my previous reply was over the top and made silly assumptions. It’s not my intention to upset anyone on social media and I know nothing about you or your personal biking likes/dislikes. I admit to having confirmation bias for my choice of bike but don’t we all feel the machine we chose after much research is a bit special. I agree that like most brands Ducati are part of a big conglomerate and the Italian thing is a bit of a construct just like Triumph. Hope you are enjoying whatever your current ride is and stay shiny side up. Take care and with best wishes. Happy riding.
@@CookyBoy-pe1gf That is extremely gracious of you. Something I did not expect. Thank you. My original comments were very generalised and were in no way meant to offend 'mainstream riders' such as yourself. I too apologise and sincerely wish you many happy miles on your Ducati. Take care.
Love that A4155, even in a bus its a nice sweeping challenging (little narrow for a bus) road, with the Jewel of Henley at the end and its many coffee houses. Will try the A4130 soon, thanks for the tip.
I have an Aprilia Dorsoduro 900 and it does run warm... living in western Canada helps indeed. Great final review and revisions, it sometimes takes a few goes to frame a proper opinion... respect for that mate. ;)
I do miss those roads, From when I lived in West London, Stokenchurch etc, To watch the Red Kite Birds. Maybe the Vibration and MPG would be better if you used a higher gear ?, I see younger riders staying 3 or 4 th gear a lot ! , At 4000 revs ?, 4000 revs on a Vincent Twin in top gear is 90 mph !. I enjoy your rides, Cheers .
Another good road in the area is if you go from H cafe on the A4047 towards Oxford and then turn right at the roundabout with the garddn centre, really twisty :)
I’m not sure what it is about Ducatis. Something special. I’ve never owned one but back in the 70’s I had a go on a mates 900s desmo. A beautiful sound and power on tap. I can see why people fall in love with them
Nice vid Andy, thanks for posting it. re vibrations, i get the same on my Speed Twin, but usually in warmer weather, in colder weather, it`s much smoother. Some stunning roads ther, much like Dorset, some stunning lanes through some stunning scenery, and with Compton Abbas having a great restaurant, it makes for great riding, you ought to come down here for a ride around.
Good evening Andy, Nice to see another and beautiful part of the UK this time. I don’t like too much vibrations in the handlebars; I will get numb hands after a while. I always get a bit numb hands but that’s after several hours of riding. What I heard so far and what I remember of the first video, it’s not the bike for me. It’s a naked bike and I want weather protection. I want luggage capacity. I don’t need a hooligan bike, I’m too old for that 😅. Yeah, the crawly creepers that somehow always seem to get on the inside of your helmet. I always wear a helmet cap and I wear the neck tube over my mouth and ears, that helps a lot.
Good little vid that, entertaining and informative. Some brilliant one liners in there. “something’s crawling in my helmet, crash helmet that is” is a belter 😂😂
I have an “old” Monster 821 from 2018 and do understand the loss of the frame but dont like the change in the tank shape and capacity. That, to me gave it old Monster the look and presence.
From didcot and used to teach taekwondo in henley so know the roads round there well. The only thing to watch out for is the under the tree covered bits it can get a bit slidey in the autumn when the leaves come down
Nice vid TMF. I really like this bike. It seems perfectly suited for a really fum road ride without being overwhelming. It seems to have just about the right balance of everything you need. Although as much as I like the SP, it is a little bit pricey imo so I will check out the base model to see what I make of that first. The lack of adjustable suspension on that bugs me a bit, but in truth I'm sure it's more than adequate as I'm just not that good a rider that I need a full Ohlins set up....but as a paying customer I'd still like it.
I remember having a wasp in my helmet once I had stopped at a set of lights, very carefully opened my visor, turned my head to the side and it flew back out.
A very enjoyable video. I agree Ducati's are indeed rather special although for me Italian bikes in general are a delight. Servicing can be a bit salty though. Cheers
Re. Andy's remark : Hair dressers car used to be a 'nice' car, but not one a real car buff would really want.....there are some Ducati owners who see some of the monsters as not a 'proper' Ducati...looks nice, hasn't got a boastful amount of power, is lower cost etc - as you say, this new style monster is great to ride, so that all that really matters 👍
Talking of numb hands, I've recently bought a BMW R1200RS and was suffering from the same. However, some Evotech bar-end weights have pretty much cured it!
Morning Andy, I’m not sure about hairdresser reference given your follicle challenged racing slick head status, like me I doubt you’ve been near one for years😋 You might want to give Wales a miss from Sept as the ridiculous blanket 20mph speed limit comes into force for urban areas including towns and villages. On the range of the Ducati, I had a Honda Hornet 600 which had a range of 90 to 100 miles on a tank and a Harley 883 flat tracker replica with a similar range that I rode across Spain from north to south. Mind you 80-100 miles was about the most you could do on that without stopping anyway.
I also really enjoyed the Monster, (and the Duke 890R and MT09 SP), but had to put my money on a Striple RS. So many great middleweights out at the moment
@@TheMissendenFlyer I got a 2021 V4S. I looked at all the usual naked suspects, especially the Triumphs but there was just something about the Ducati in Stealth black. The sound and power is addictive, and always an event riding it.
The vibration may be from the loose chain if it's under 600 miles, after the first service the chain will be tightened up, and the vibration sure is far less. Awesome video 👌🏾
ha, should try a great festering wing'ed maggot bag - an Australian Blowfly, fresh from something pestilent and runny on the side of the road, and with shiny new brown thigh highs for added effect, hitting the edge of my chin piece at ~ 100km/h. It exploded of course, and got everywhere, eyes(in) , nose (up), teeth(over) and throat (down). Marvellous, and in traffic too, so couldn't pull up right a way with (seemingly) millions of smelly wrigglers EVERYWHERE. Didn't ride for a bit after that, took a lot of JD to kill the bugs, and heal the trauma ...
Hi Andy just to let you know that road to Watlington & the bit under the M40, there are a lot of Dam speed traps normally, i know because i used to live at Studley green & the Mothering in law used to live in Watlington, speed traps just on the entrance of Watlington & in the layby just under the bridge? just be careful, but out the other side there are some cracking roads, ATB Wayne......
nice review Andy and i would like to say you made a great choice buying the Kawasaki RS it's a lovely color combination . i watched the video with chopsy turn out to be an expensive review broken glasses and smashed camera 👍😪.
Great ride. I love Henley and it's surrounds, beautiful. But, I think I've missed my calling. I should have been a hairdresser there. I ride a '95 Monster 900 and drive Audi TT Mk1 roadster.
@@TheMissendenFlyer I didn’t know you had done a Norway tour I’ll have a look for it when I get home, I watched the artic circle, Scotland and wales tours and the USA one. I think there was a gold wing tour too
Thanks for showing that road I always go towards Wallingford from Watlington. Come Wantage way sometime if you fancy a poodle out. 👍🏻 Edit: Also check out the "13 bends of death" over Woodcote way.
Thanks for posting. A few years ago I had a baby monster. Loved it in the open roads and twisties. In city traffic, it was a bit herky-jerky at slow/low speeds. Does the Monster SP suffer from the same issue?
Unusual for a 90 degree V twin to be as buzzy as you mentioned. As the gentleman below said, perhaps it's due to a stifling exhaust. My own Suzuki was awful before its standard cans were junked and a PC3 fitted with a stint on a dyno.
Well done mr Flyer! And wise words at the end. Well, especially them! When you Brits talk about National speed limit...what is the speed limit then? I've been to England, Scotland and Wales a couple of times and there are some lovely roads and scenery. What I find difficult to like are those potholes and all those hedges and bushes along the roads. And in the south...the traffic! Oh, and all those parked cars! Oh dear, listen to me... Thank you mr Flyer!
On my test ride I felt the Monster had quite of bit of vibration in the feet and hands. I owned a KTM 790 at the time which was butter smooth and decided to keep it rather than upgrade to the Monster. Sadly I'm too short to feel comfortable on a Multistrada.
that was my choice, went ducati due to stock. unless u can get the Limited edition moto2 would say the ducati is more fun. 765 is super easy to get on with
That’s the way you do it, camera view out front little bit of dash, no fisheye. I said the same to Chops when he broke his camera. less work for you less expense BETTER CONTENT imo I’ll take my vids like that every time.😎🇨🇦🚁
I gotta say I'm not a big fan of the 360 camera. I like your helmet cam. It doesn't seem to have the wide angle field distortion that most GoPros have.
Honestly mate , you and live amongst some fantastic routes and I don’t believe you haven’t been down those roads before now. Surely you’re been to both the H Cafe and Infinity Motorcycles at Dorchester near Benson. I could show some great rides around the Chilterns etc . Anyway love your vlogs .
I've been to H Cafe (not overly impressed tbh) not been to Infinity. I'd love to see some great rides in he Chilterns - I've been looking for nearly 30 years!
Andy, glad you thoroughly enjoyed the duke. Looking dapper as well, just a shame you didn't have time to go through the clothes you were wearing. A "hairdresser's bike"? Sounds like it would go well with my SLK. 😂😁
I really like the idea of this bike, would have to be the standard one for my budget... only thing I don't like, is the sound of it... but am sure a decat and can would liven the audio up. Henley and Windsor are nice... except when the regatta is on! 😀 Then it is hell! 😀 Darn good fun indeedy!
Great video as always! Any ideas when you plan to try the Diavel V4? I only ask because I am waiting on delivery of mine and would like to know what you think.... as long as its good ;-)
Nice final ride review, the monster was my first choice last year before the Streetfighter V2 was launched and I had to have one of those. Is the Monster really still a retro? Not in my books, just a different variation of a modern naked.
I find it interesting you refer to the monster bing a little super moto. As someone who doesn’t get to ride a lot of bikes would you be able to comment for me or even do a bit of a video comparison on the ergonomics and style of different bikes and what they are good for in your opinion. For example I rode a Harley once and was surprised how different it felt. it was a little uncomfortable for me coming off a naked bike but loved how it put me in a cruising state of mind. I’m really curious about how different styles can encourage different styles of riding.

Bye.
Hi Mark,
Apologies if my previous reply was over the top and made silly assumptions.
Take care.
Thanks for being so polite chaps!
Good route. I recognized a building on the left, early, that goes back to an mt10 sp vid. Ah, the nostalgia…🤪. Great stuff. 👍🇨🇦
I know this bike is far better than the previous model but I do miss the looks and torque of my 1200S Monster.
the road to Wallingford is great, then follow down across the river to Pangbourne
Thanks for the tip!
Great final review and revisions, it sometimes takes a few goes to frame a proper opinion... respect for that mate. ;)
Loved the video. Refreshing. I love the bonus footage at the end we’ve been seeing lately…
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching until the bitter end!
Great video Mr Flyer, I can confirm the mirrors are pants, ended up swapping them out for some genuine multistrada ones, much better.
I do miss those roads, From when I lived in West London,
Stokenchurch etc, To watch the Red Kite Birds.
Maybe the Vibration and MPG would be better if you used a higher gear ?,
I see younger riders staying 3 or 4 th gear a lot ! , At 4000 revs ?,
4000 revs on a Vincent Twin in top gear is 90 mph !.
I enjoy your rides, Cheers .
Glad to hear that Bill - cheers!
I can see why people fall in love with them
Yes they certainly have that certain something about them - even this their "entry" model (well not the SP but you know what I mean)...
Yes it’s time I visited again by bike!
Good evening Andy,
Nice to see another and beautiful part of the UK this time.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nash-nulls! Bruce would be proud of you Andy.
I like to think so....
I have an “old” Monster 821 from 2018 and do understand the loss of the frame but dont like the change in the tank shape and capacity. That, to me gave it old Monster the look and presence.
Great video. May take a look around there one evening next week. Wear happened to the end
From didcot and used to teach taekwondo in henley so know the roads round there well. The only thing to watch out for is the under the tree covered bits it can get a bit slidey in the autumn when the leaves come down
“Dispatched!” Love it.
“Crash helmet that is” 😂
laughed out loud at this
Great job on the vid nice Ducati
I remember having a wasp in my helmet once I had stopped at a set of lights, very carefully opened my visor, turned my head to the side and it flew back out.
Close call!
I’d love that as a 2nd bike
A very enjoyable video. I agree Ducati's are indeed rather special although for me Italian bikes in general are a delight. Servicing can be a bit salty though. Cheers
Yes I agree 100%
Like you say “ if l had the space and the spare money “ fantastic bike !
If only!
Talking of numb hands, I've recently bought a BMW R1200RS and was suffering from the same. However, some Evotech bar-end weights have pretty much cured it!
I've had a few creepy crawlies in my helmet after riding some monsters too 😝
About time I bought a you a cuppa, loving the vids :)
Awesome! Thank you!
Sadly that's very true!
Lol ty Andy great vlog yet again and warm fandanglies with a clean helmet to boot what more can we ask for :)
Thanks for watching Chris!
It's a brilliant look with most Ducati motorbikes. Just prefer the reliability of the BMW brand . You certainly seemed to ❤ this one tho
That's the only bike my Carol would consider other than another Street Triple.
Honestly don't miss the trellis frame. Light bikes are so much fun.
They sure are....
05:35 I thought you were gonna say "I can't quite remember ever going to the hair dresser" !! 🤣
It has been some time I have to say.....
Hi Andy Hambleden Lock is worth a visit too, ATB Wayne.
I don't think I've ever been there...?? I'll check it out....
Nice one TMF , sounds as if the monster is a good bike , certainly looks nice .some decent roads there as well .👍
Ducatis feel great because the engine feels relaxed, even when hammering it, they feel efforless.
I also really enjoyed the Monster, (and the Duke 890R and MT09 SP), but had to put my money on a Striple RS. So many great middleweights out at the moment
Yes we are spoiled for choice!
Beautiful roads for sure mate
I used to take that route to work... fun roads if you catch it right. Lovely bike. I ended up with the Streetfighter, but was a hard decision.
Which streetfighter did you get and what were the other bikes you considered? What swung you in favour of the Streetfighter?
@@TheMissendenFlyer I got a 2021 V4S. I looked at all the usual naked suspects, especially the Triumphs but there was just something about the Ducati in Stealth black. The sound and power is addictive, and always an event riding it.
Yes that is a lovely bike for sure - defo on my "one day" list....
Eeeeww…..
@@TheMissendenFlyer the horror was palpable ...
Try turning off the Henley Road to the "Assendens" .. some nice country lanes through there..
I'll check it out!
Thanks for the heads up!
@@TheMissendenFlyer No Worries
nice review Andy and i would like to say you made a great choice buying the Kawasaki RS it's a lovely color combination . i watched the video with chopsy turn out to be an expensive review broken glasses and smashed camera 👍😪.
Great ride. I love Henley and it's surrounds, beautiful. But, I think I've missed my calling. I should have been a hairdresser there. I ride a '95 Monster 900 and drive Audi TT Mk1 roadster.
OMG the pinnacle of hairdressers cars!!
I’m in Norway this week it looks amazing for a motorbike tour if you can miss the rain
It’s incredible there - did you see my Norway tour?
@@TheMissendenFlyer I didn’t know you had done a Norway tour I’ll have a look for it when I get home, I watched the artic circle, Scotland and wales tours and the USA one. I think there was a gold wing tour too
"Ducatis don't really Iike 20," Ah, thank God for the Italians. They are the spice of the human race. Ducati, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Vespa.
Glad your helmet is ok Andy Mrs flyer wouldn't be happy with a dose of crabs! Love the new monster thanks for the review! 👍
No problem 👍
Ducati don’t make a bad bike just not not so great on the fuel consumption great vid Andy 👍
Thanks 👍
Thanks for showing that road I always go towards Wallingford from Watlington. Come Wantage way sometime if you fancy a poodle out. 👍🏻
Edit: Also check out the "13 bends of death" over Woodcote way.
Thanks for posting. A few years ago I had a baby monster. Loved it in the open roads and twisties. In city traffic, it was a bit herky-jerky at slow/low speeds. Does the Monster SP suffer from the same issue?
Yeah in that big V-Twin sort of way....
@@TheMissendenFlyer thx
Unusual for a 90 degree V twin to be as buzzy as you mentioned. As the gentleman below said, perhaps it's due to a stifling exhaust. My own Suzuki was awful before its standard cans were junked and a PC3 fitted with a stint on a dyno.
It's not vibration it's Italian character ( Guzzi owner)😄
That's it!
Agree! (Own 2 Guzzi's at the moment and rode that route today:) )
The National Speed limit is 60mph (unless it's a motorway or dual carriageway where it's 70mph)
@@TheMissendenFlyer Thank you!
On my test ride I felt the Monster had quite of bit of vibration in the feet and hands. I owned a KTM 790 at the time which was butter smooth and decided to keep it rather than upgrade to the Monster. Sadly I'm too short to feel comfortable on a Multistrada.
The Beach Boys.Good Vibrations! I am torn between the new Triumph Street 765 RS.
that was my choice, went ducati due to stock. unless u can get the Limited edition moto2 would say the ducati is more fun. 765 is super easy to get on with
Both great bikes and I am finding myself thinking about those two (and one other) increasingly!
That’s the way you do it, camera view out front little bit of dash, no fisheye. I said the same to Chops when he broke his camera. less work for you less expense BETTER CONTENT imo I’ll take my vids like that every time.😎🇨🇦🚁
I shall be making more like this as it’s an awful lot easier to edit!
I gotta say I'm not a big fan of the 360 camera. I like your helmet cam. It doesn't seem to have the wide angle field distortion that most GoPros have.
Noted!
Maybe we could meet up on school day.
Ps . Agreed on the H cafe.
would you say the engine gets as warm as the Speed Twin, i found my 2021 Speed Twin gets seriously hot yet most reviews never talk about it
Yes - very similar
Andy, glad you thoroughly enjoyed the duke. Looking dapper as well, just a shame you didn't have time to go through the clothes you were wearing. A "hairdresser's bike"? Sounds like it would go well with my SLK. 😂😁
The perfect match!
I really like the idea of this bike, would have to be the standard one for my budget... only thing I don't like, is the sound of it... but am sure a decat and can would liven the audio up.
Henley and Windsor are nice... except when the regatta is on! 😀 Then it is hell! 😀
Darn good fun indeedy!
I once crashed a boat into Henley lock during the Regatta - oops!!!
@@TheMissendenFlyer hahaha quality 👏 😁👍
Hi andy, when you gonna do the next gen scrambler?.. contemplating to get one, your input will be much appreciated!..
No plans at this time but you never know!
Nice vid most of my local roads shame there was some pixelated bits in the video very unusual.
Sorry about that....
@@TheMissendenFlyer not a problem at all just letting you know incase some settings or the like where wrong.
I really, really want to buy this bike. I probably would have already if the colorway was the same as the standard one.
Great video as always! Any ideas when you plan to try the Diavel V4? I only ask because I am waiting on delivery of mine and would like to know what you think.... as long as its good ;-)
Yes I must ask Ducati about that! No plans currently….
I'd love to test ride a Ducati Monster. I do like the 90-degree twin.
Nice final ride review, the monster was my first choice last year before the Streetfighter V2 was launched and I had to have one of those. Is the Monster really still a retro? Not in my books, just a different variation of a modern naked.
Yeah I think you’re right….
What a great vid. Not a bike for me, however, with my short legs (29"). Seat is a tad too high and I'm not really happy with a bike I can't flat-foot.
I understand that entirely!
I’m really curious about how different styles can encourage different styles of riding.
same price:monster sp or duke 990? which one would you get?
Monster for me…
Great vblogs as usual, but can i bugger pause the vid to read the disclaimer 😅
That’s the challenge!
