Semen Analysis test report
Male fertility का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण investigation semen analysis होता है। जब semen analysis करवाते है तब उसमे तीन तरीकेके रिपोर्ट होते है जैसे की :
Report 1 : Normal Sperm Count
sperm count 15 million/ml से अधिक होता है। Sperm motility 40% से अधिक है या नॉर्मल स्पर्म 4% से ज्यादा है। अगर Total sperm count की जांच करे तो 39 million पुरे sample में। तो इसे Normal report कहा जाता है।
Report 2 : Oligospermia
इसका मतलब है normal sperm count से sperm count थोड़ा कम होना।
Report 3 : Asthenospermia
यनेके पेशेंट की sperm motility कम होती है।
Report 4 : Azoospermia
यनेके zero sperm count |
Antioxidants to increase sperm count
काफी बार जब male पेशेंट्स डॉक्टर के पास जाते है तब उन्हें डॉक्टर antioxidants prescribe करते है। जानते है की antioxidants का male fertility में क्या भूमिका होती है।
-जिनमे Sperm count नोर्मल होता है या जिनको azoospermia होता है उनका antioxidants का कोई उपयोग नहीं होता
-जिन पेशेंट्स की motility कमजोर है उनमे भी antioxidant का कोई उपयोग नहीं है।
-Oligospermia : यह ऐसे पेशेंट्स है जिनका स्पर्म काउंट 15 million से कम होता है। इसमें भी तीन तरह के पेशेंट होते है
Sperm count 5 million से कम - ऐसे में antioxidant कुछ मदत नहीं कर सकता।
Sperm count 5-10 million - ऐसे में antioxidant कुछ मदत नहीं कर सकता।
Sperm Count 10 -15 million - ऐसे में antioxidant कुछ मदत कर सकता।
Food to increase sperm count
अगर आपका Sperm Count 10 -15 million है तो शायद कुछ दवाइयों से आपका sperm count बढ़ सकता है। बाकी कोई भी category में दवाइया मदत नहीं कर सकते Sperm Count 10 -15 million जिनका होता है दवाइयों से ज्यादा natural antioxidant का सेवन कीजिए जैसे की फल सब्जिया। अगर आपका वजन ज्यादा है तो वह कम कीजिये या अगर आप धूम्रपान या मद्यपान ज्यादा करते हो तो बंद करने की कोशिश कीजिये। यह साड़ी चीज़े आपको दवाइयों जितना ही परिणाम देगी। यह सब तीन महीने करनेकी जरुरत होती है।
