理論値上TASに勝てる可能性があるという時点で凄まじいですよ……
I think it's possible to beat TAS' 361k score. You will need the following improvements:
1) 1st scene - don't break combo (+1000)
2) 2nd scene - shoot the glass booth and telephone first, you should be able to start from around 5 hits if done properly. By doing this, the 2nd soldier onwards will have +4000 with 1H2B instead of
1240 -> 3200 -> 6140 -> 10140 -> 14140 -> 18140 (starting from 5 hits, the advantage in combo score is 3420, assuming all 1H2B)
3) 3rd scene - Shoot the windows first, start combo from 4 hits instead. You will need some luck having the ideal soldiers arrangement. (2760 advantage)
4) 4th scene - shoot the 6 window panels first, start comboing soldiers from 7 hits. Also, go for 1H2B, it may not be as risky as you think it to be for PS2. (4800 advantage)
5) 5th scene - ideally, 2 shot the tanker and the 6 window panes, then 1H2B the white soldier when he's at the extreme right. (5860 advantage potential)
6) TAS shot 2 soldiers, which triggered the yellow soldier, and killed the yellow soldier as the 3rd soldier in the combo. By doing so, he managed to start the hits from 9 for normal soldiers, from the 3rd normal soldier onwards. There was a slight increase in score, probably about 1000 advantage.
7) Shoot the window panel and lights first, start comboing soldiers from 4 hits. (2760 advantage)
8) Get the 4th rocket soldier. (+4000)
Total potential gain in score, purely from increasing combo starting points: 21600
Having more follow up shots: 7 × 1000 = 7000
Getting the last rocket soldier: 4000
If you got the follow up shots, and additional hits, and the last rocket soldier, you should be able to unlock 1 more 1 × 5000 bonus from no miss.
Total potential gain: 37600
By doing all these, your maximum possible score will be about 380k+ even without time bonus.

At 0:31, it should be three shots to the head for each soldier, not the first shot to the head followed by two shots to the torso (胴 means torso) because 3 shots to the head gives a maximum of 4,000 points (2,000 points for the kill shot followed by 2 x 1,000 = 2,000 points for the chase shots) as opposed to 3,000 points for the head kill shot (2,000 points) followed by 2 x 500 = 1,000 points for the chase shots to the torso.

You can beat TAS in S1A2 easily. S2A1, not too sure about the differences between PS2 and AC version, but I beat TAS' score on AC for S2A1 before.
For all other areas I think it's humanly impossible to exceed TAS' score.

Give it up, man. You're never gonna beat TAS score. TAS means tool-assisted support and he used it as a tool to cheat the players into getting a high score. So, instead of competing his score, how about getting over 2 million points than Smraedis in Time Crisis 2 in PS2 version. Play as Player 2, Robert Baxter, the blue player.
