I was trying to improve the flow and clarity of the instructions in this video so I’m glad to hear that :) I’ve been looking into that actually 🤔 I haven’t found the type of thinly sliced meat that I want to use for the bento but I might have to just slice it myself hahaha
What do you think about using beet as natural pinkish colouring and sweetener? I don't think 1 or 1/2 a beet would add a lot of sweetness, but surely the colour would be a legitimate pink and the added earthy flavour may be good with the bean filling
I think it should work! I considered it as well but didn’t find any at the grocery so I didn’t test it out but I think either just a bit of beet/beet powder should give you that pink color without being overpowering
