I remember when I was trying to figure who to bully and steal from constantly when I got better at this game, I thought "hey the independents just have merchant and salvage fleets. they cant do shit to me hah". I was so so very wrong because unlike the other factions, they are EVERYWHERE. and their 'salvage' fleets are either annoying as hell or actually story point wasting scary. I dont pick on them much or at least never get them to inhospitable now.
@@PropheticShadeZ yep i play, and yes it costs SOME ressources, but you can not call it expensive/costly unless the transverse jump was pointless since you barely saved any time
let me get that straight .. you constantly complain about causing too little armor dmg BUT keep the high range low dps anti armor gun instead of putting in a chain gun .. which you have laying around, which would fit to your play style of head butting ships and taking them out close range
I'm no God at this game. You should say full assault more. You either need to go all long range and missile and carrier spam or get tanky close range dps ships. This mix of shit you seem to like don't do it for you obviously. A rarr class is just a close up dps.

And unless you are rocking one hell of fleet, they will eventually kill you just due to CR losses
@@goldenhate6649 Yes. Especially with Mod-Ships avaiable. Skysplitter sharps arround on revenge :(
BTW, you can go in the settings and change the switch key to act as a toggle instead of having to hold it down
to complicated for him
that's one of the best runs i ever seen, funny and skillful of sorts. Brilliant :)

Hammer: The commanders here to save us! Right?
you can put a bunch of reapers on a doom... all you need to know with a phase ship.
True.
traverse jump would save you a heck of a lot of time it takes days each time you use a regular jump point and fly from and to your planet
Agreed.
Sure, it costs some extra supplies. But you know what costs supplies? Traveling for days until you reach the jump point.
@@krasudreal3948 huh? that was exactly my argument
@@TheyCalledMeT That's... Why I started with "Agreed"?
i dont know if you guys play, but a transverse jump costs so much more than flying there

Im learning starsector by watching you but im not sure thats a good thing
