Today’s recipe is a lunchbox recipe Soya Chunks Curry with MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic. This is a special episode as my husband loves Soya Chunks Curry. MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic transforms our Soya Chunks Curry to KAMAAL ki Curry.
Soya chunks curry is a flavorful and nutritious dish made with soya chunks. The chunks are hydrated by adding them into hot water until they soften and then cooked in a spiced curry sauce.
सोया चंक्स मसाला एक लोकप्रिय भारतीय शाकाहारी व्यंजन आहे जो सोया चंक्स (सोयाबीनचे तुकडे) आणि विविध मसाल्यांच्या मिश्रणातून तयार केला जातो. सोया चंक्स मसाला हा प्रोटीन-समृद्ध आणि पौष्टिक पदार्थ आहे जो मसाल्यांच्या स्वादाने युक्त असतो.

Ingredients:-
2 cups Soya Chunks (soaked in hot water)
3 tbsp Oil
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
7-8 Black Peppercorns
1 Bay Leaf
3 Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt (as per taste)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1½ tbsp Onion & Coconut Paste
½ cup Water
1 cup Water
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
