    I always appreciate a narrated tutorial video. This way I know the reason why the tattoo artist is doing a specific thing. Another amazing tattoo and video. 🙏Poppy

    Damn! As a total beginner I tattoo on fake skin almost everyday and damn straight lines is the hardest of it all... I'm getting better fast and at this pace it will take me a couple years to do straight lines like that! Your videos helped me alot thank you verry much! Would be cool to see you doing a _mashkow_ tattoo soon! He is my favorite tattoo artist

    i subscribed after watching one video and it's been my best decision in a while!! could you possibly do a vid on the materials you use to prep your workspace and the client's skin? and any extra things you use during the tattoo?

    These videos are great thank you. A couple of times you say if somethings not right, you’d need to change the voltage. What exactly is it that’s not right? What are you looking for in the way the skin reacts to the line work or packing technique that shows you it need changing?

    Sorry if this sounds dumb but I can't find any info about it. What do you mean about adjusting the needle length by turning it into the cartridge? Is this only with specific cartridges. TIA. I have found your videos immensely useful and amazingly therapeutic to watch.

    • @dennisnielsen6293
      @dennisnielsen6293 6 днів тому +1

      You can adjust the "needle hang"(how far the needle sticks out), on the pen machines. Don't know if it's on all of them.
      It can be very useful when doing fine line work, to push the needle out a bit, in order to better see where you're going.
      Just be very careful not to go to deep. Blowouts come very easy with thin needles, and a big hang, as thinner needles penetrate the skin easier🙂
      Hope this help..

      @@dennisnielsen6293thank you buddy. I can't belive I didn't notice this on my machine. The instructions seam to have confused needle length adjustment with the stroke depth adjustment lol. It does both. Game changer. ❤

    I love your videos! I have been watching them for 6 months now for preparation for my apprenticeship. I am looking for some advice, I started yesterday on fake skin, and one thing that caught me off guard, is that I do not feel any "resistance", it feels as if I am "floating" through the silicone. My depth is right, I am not tearing through the silicone or causing blowouts. Is it a feeling thing to get use to?

    I notice you dip the pen after every line? My problem is that I tend to get a lot of ink dripping onto skin. Is there a way to avoid these puddles?

    Is this deep enough? I am just starting, but I feel like I’m going quite a bit deeper in my fake skin. It looks like you barely enter the skin. Just a question :)

      tattoing in real skin is so much different than it is in the fake one, especially if the fake skin is kinda thick, real skin doesn’t even apply a lot of resistance to thin needles, so go kinda superficial on it tho!

    • @bulkfuel1
      @bulkfuel1 5 днів тому +1

      Fake skin, even being the closest to real skin for practice, is still extremely different in the grand scheme. Fake skin sort of requires you to go deeper because of its density.

    Why didn't you keep the zoom close to the needle while you were filling in the number bro? the footage was very distant in the most important part of the video. Anyway, the content is very good. Continue, but more closely please lo. Tks!

    Do people with various health conditions need to tell you about them? In other words… I’m a diabetic type two. I know if I get a tooth pulled it takes extra long for it to heal. If a person has HIV would they need to tell you legally? Also just a helpful hint for you, if you’re going to have music playing… Have the volume turned down more.

    I don’t know but I’m struggling to believe that will last any time at all regardless of how clean it looks , that needle hardly touched the skin let alone going deep enough to hold 🤷🏻‍♂️ maybe I’m wrong but surely has to be deep enough to saturate properly

    • @TangoCharlieB1239
      @TangoCharlieB1239 11 днів тому +2

      He’s got a pretty far needle hang. Definitely enough to reach the dermis. Usually only 1mm deep

      @@TangoCharlieB1239 I see it’s out a way for easy seeing , just didn’t look like any of it was going in any depth , is a video though and I’m really sure he knows his stuff better than me so maybe it’s just how it looks here 🤷🏻‍♂️

    • @jacobcroxford9154
      @jacobcroxford9154 8 днів тому +1

      @jayneale5936 yeah I think it's hard to tell on camera due to frame rate etc especially with a macro lens. It's hard to see 1.5mm at the best of times. I defo go too deep at times on fake skin. And as always best to be slightly light and be able to fix it, than too deep and ruin a tattoo for life.
